I feel as if all subways should be the same. I get the chicken bacon ranch and have since day one. How are you going to charge me more for the chunk chicken that comes on it. $2 upchage per sub. I don’t like the rotisserie chicken. I like it the way it came out. Now it’s $10.59 + $2.00. Half the time, they want to charge me for extra cheese when that’s what it comes with . When I asked the cashier about the charges she said it was for the chunk chicken. I believe ideserves a refund for the extra charges. DO BETTER SUBWAY.

This looks like a farely new location. Nice and clean. Food looked fresh. I walked in as the server was walking back to the back.The door bell chimed. I stood and looked at the menu for a few moments, and when the server didn’t return, I said, “Hello, excuse me” loudly twice. This older lady, maybe in her 60s, pops her head in the doorway and says, “How’d you get in here the door bell didn’t ring…. I said it did, and maybe she was distracted…. she continued to make an issue of the doorbell, and I stated, “I’m sorry, but not my fault you didn’t hear it.” She was short, curt, and just flat out rude. Another customer entered and we proceeded to have a conversation, which seemed to upset her more as she proceeded to ask back and forth what I wanted and what he wanted(not in a nice or kind way) To the point that I apologized to the gentleman for Her rudeness. I don’t know if she was having a bad day. Or if she was racist because I look like a white woman (I’m hispanic), all the other customers were brown or black and she was nice to them. I absolutely HATE stating that, but it seemed that way to me. She was nicer to the gentleman, and he was black. I said please and thank you to her questions. I even addressed her as ma’am. Tried to be as kind as possible, but she just remained short, curt, and rude. I hope her day gets better, and if it’s just her manner, I pray God puts kindness and compassion in her heart.

Rude manager, rude staff!! Live local and Wendy’s had no power. Grands wanted Subway. 6 and 7 year old trying to make up their mind. Staff was ugly to my Grands and myself. WHEN YOU SERVE THE PUBLIC YOU SHOULD NEVER TREAT CUSTOMERS THE WAY WE WERE TREATED. GLAD 90% OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE TRAVELLING 95 NEVER TO STOP AGAIN!!!

Stopped here to grab a coffee next door with my fiance and decided to grab some lunch as well. Service was amazing, they were quick and very friendly, made our sandwiches to perfection. We were amazed how fresh and delicious the sandwiches were. Highly recommend if you stopping thru!

Have never had a problem with this subway, go here all the time. Had the doors locked 20 min early before closing time with only 2 or 3 people in line. Went to Wendy’s right after and they had drive through closed early as well. Why even have a closing time? Would’ve been done with both orders before close.

My wife and I live locally, and have frequented here and there couple of other stores in Stony Creek, as there’s not a lot of options for takeout. As I walked in, the woman who took my order was shouting to another co-worker about restocking the veggies. Went to take my order, and had to do a dance around on how to heat the meat without toasting the sandwich. Then almost threw a giant handful of onions on a sandwich which I didn’t ask for. As I was about to check out, I said I was doing combos and would like 20 oz bottles. She rung me up, then put cups on the counter. I told her I wanted the bottles, and rudely said that it was a different price. To top it off, the employees weren’t wearing their COVID-19 masks properly (noses weren’t covered).

Worst service iv ever had. The guy an girl both were rood, pushy, an extremely unfriendly. Thought it was just me an my husband because he can be annoying friendly sometimes but nope the 2 men behind us received the same service as well. But low an behold the black couple behind them received excellent service. Does subway support this kind of treatment? Just need to know if subway is consistently from now on only courteous to black customers…. So I know where to spend my white money!!???

We are driving from Washington DC to Raleigh NC and stopped at this place for late evening brunch . Quality of food and services was good . We got value for money . This complex is good and very convenient right on Highway 95 . Good for taking a break for brunch and this complex has restrooms also . Recommend
