Had to leave the drive through line wait time was taking too long was waiting for more than 10 minutes behind someone who was waiting for their food. While we were ordering the employee who was handling the drive through gave attitude sighed and moaned when i told him the second part of my order after he said is that everything. Me and my wife decided to leave because with the attitude given and the wait time we were afraid our order would be made incorrect or missing things. I do not know what is going on but im unlikely to go here again and i was looking forward to trying the new bacon swiss burger.

I wish I could remember the cashiers name who served us the other day. I came in with all 6 of my crotch goblins. I was on a diet but wanted a rootbeer float soooooo bad. She made me one using diet rootbeer. The kids loved it here. Will definitely be coming back

I’ll start this off with, I ordered on the app, so I really can’t comment on the decor and really didn’t have much interaction. Everything was ready when I got there. The food, chicken, waffle fries and hush puppies, were excellent. Honestly can’t figure out the love affair people have with Raising Kains because LJS is by far better.

You can’t get any decent service and the general manager is always busy on his phone. The place is a pigsty and the service is horrible. It must be nice to be able to spend the entire shift on your phone instead of actually working. No wonder why we didn’t get our food on time and the place is a mess. I made a complaint in the general manager, decided to cop an attitude with me. It was because I took away his precious time on the phone from chatting with his girlfriend during work hours. Never again.

The staff is always very kind and smiling. Food is good and we enjoy eating in because it’s usually pretty quiet. They have a lovely area for little kids to color, too.

We placed the order on the app to pick up in the drive thru and because they didn’t have it ready we had to go in and oh my god, I wish I wouldn’t have gone in. The place was FILTHY. I mean disgustingly dirty, that place hasn’t been clean in a VERY long time. The walls were brown and black, the amount of crumb build up on the floor was astonishing, even the signs were dirty with grease and hand prints. This was my first and last time EVER going to LJS. The staff was also rude and forgot my drink. But I guess I would be miserable too if I had to work in a pigsty.

Prices are outta control but the food is still good. Its pretty self automated though which might upset some seniors bit ots a pretty easy to use system. It was very clean and the decor is nice.

While the fish and chips had a crispy golden brown appearance, the food was rancid. The food had an unpleasant taste. Overall it was off-flavored potentially from old oil or something else????
