I ordered a foot long steak and cheese. I received my sandwich with no meat. Make sure if you order from them and have it delivered. Make sure you check it before the dasher leaves.

There’s a new employee here that wears a bracelet (adjustable sliding knot bracelet)
That bracelet was dangling from his wrist touching the sandwich toppings as he was making my sub! Told him about it and he tucked it in his glove and didn’t change his gloves. There’s no telling what other things that bracelet is touching when he’s not making a sub outside of work. For all we know that bracelet could be contaminating the sandwich toppings! Not very sanitary if you ask me

Went there today and both workers were sitting and on their phones. There was no bread baking and it looked like they had no bread ready. There was also barely any vegetables, green peppers looked old and so did the lettuce. Also not honoring coupons.

I noticed that they cut the portion of the meat that’s on the sub, other locations did not however which makes me assume ownership made this decision, weird atmosphere and service made me feel as if I was inconveniencing the older Indian gentleman by ordering but I could be wrong and it could just be a culture barrier, main concern was the stomach ache after eating here. I would recommend glenside or staples mill location, far better quality and glenside for better service

The service wasn’t too bad but when asking for the bathroom key a man gave the person making our sandwich the key, and he handed it to us…then continued making our sandwich… with the same gloves he used to grab the bathroom key. In that moment I lost my appetite. Then after going into the bathroom I was appalled at how dirty the bathroom was. There was urine on the floor and the toilet, and it just seemed like the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a while. On top of that the floors also looked like they haven’t been swept in weeks. One of the tins where they keep the vegetables also looked like it hadn’t been washed, and the lettuce looked old. In summary, this place doesn’t seem sanitary, i’m scared to think what the back may look like.

If you order this for delivery or takeout do not pay extra for double meat or extra cheese or any of those add-ons. You will not receive it. If you order in person and ask for any extra veggies you will get glared at by the manager the entire time. And he likes to charge you extra for asking for more even if you only get two veggies on your sandwich. This is a spot where you pay $20 for a sad little sandwich while getting ugly looks if you order in person and you won’t get what you ordered if you order online. Go elsewhere.

I gave this place a chance, and by that I mean I went regularly for a couple of years (years!). The old fellow in charge is rude. I’ve seen him use a nasty tone with his employees. One time he talked down to me because of something going on with another customer (apparently we’re all the same). One time I was telling him what I wanted on my sandwich and he gave his employee a look like I was weird or something. Yesterday I went in, and the employee behind the counter just yelled at me the whole time. He was yelling at me like I was burdening him. Nobody else was in line either. This place either 1) needs to go out of business or 2) needs a new owner and new managers. I will never come back, I gave you my money without complaint for the past few years and I just don’t see the good in you.

The owner/manager, an older Indian gentleman, is very rude and cheap. He doesn’t accept any Subway coupons and he tries to force a tip on all transactions. He became dismissive and short with me when I declined to tip. Since he didn’t accept a valid coupon, I’m not tipping. Do your job, dude.

Handwritten excuses to avoid following corporate policies, cheap and refuse to accept valid unexpired coupons cause of their “handwritten” signs saying they won’t accept corporate coupons for their subs. Just go to the subway down the street, they accept all coupons AND corporate deals/events/discounts. Not even an extra 5 minutes away either. This store won’t be here long.
