Just driving through. Regrettably went to Mcds first but experienced extremely poor customer service there so came across the street and was pleasantly surprised. It seems just simple kindness is lacking everywhere these days. Not here. Stop by to see for yourself. Toni and other staff member were kind and treated us respectfully. This is probably the worst subway in the area. Sub was decent cookies were burnt. Every time I get cookies here they are burn. How hard can it be? I’m a local, so I would recommend taking the extra trip and go to a different subway.

This location has come a long way over the past year. It used to have bad service, and veggies would be questionable at best. However, happy to say that this place has done a complete 180. From customer service to food quality everything has greatly improved. Great customer service from Stevie and the rest of the crew.

A bit new to this area as I travel here for work daily. This is one of the stores I come in almost every day. When I decide to eat in at this subway Stevie is usually always there to greet me first. I like this subway because of the great customer they provide everytime. If you are ever in this area, ask for Stevie. He is one of the best sandwich makers on this side of town.

The worst location I have ever visited. I showed up to this location and noone was behind the counter. After waiting about 3 minutes or so, I said “Hello”, a lady at the slot machine yells to me “They’re coming! I see 3 people getting out of a car outside, through the glass window. They all come inside and are apparently employees at this location. As I am ordering, there are hardly any veggies prepped. My daughter ordered a cheese pizza and the young lady making it puts shredded Colby Jack cheese on it, one of the 3 young ladies whispers “it’s mozzarella” and the all laugh, so I began to think they were all high on something. As I am ordering my spinach wrap I notice they are out of tomatoes. I asked if I could have some tomatoes and the young lady, apparently with the most experience, asks the other young lady behind the register who says, “they have to be prepped”. I then asked, “how long does it take to prep the tomatoes?” The young lady with the most experience replies “30 minutes” the other two ladies again whisper to each other “she said 30 minutes!” and the two start to laugh yet again. All the signs were apparent that they were high while working and providing food to the public. It was shameful. I just told them I didn’t want the wrap. I never even mentioned I had worked at Subway for 4 years while in college and knew veggies should always have at least one back up prepped on the line, and if not it does not take 30 minutes to prepare them. This was a very troubling sight. No management information was posted anywhere in the restaurant, I looked for it on the way out. It was a very disturbing experience.

You know a few of the 5 star reviews are fake but it’s OK because their oven is never working and in half the time when it is they’re too lazy to do it. They’re always out of bread by one o’clock I want a clock because they don’t plan ahead II own 2 companies if I ran out of building materials is building materials on the job by 1pm everyday I wouldn’t make progress or money.
