Sandwich was good for a subway sub. Staff is always nice. Friends sandwich had wrong cheese oit on it. Atmosphere is comfortable. Subway has become very expensive!

This place is lack luster, to say the least. I’ve been to this Subway 10-15 times, so I definitely gave it a chance. Dry, stale, and old bread. Lettuce is brown and wilted. “Fresh mozzarella” is a joke. Everyone who works there is constantly on a personal call with earbuds in. When I’m there, I can’t tell if they’re talking to me or the person on the personal call. I know it’s fast food and the employees are probably not being paid well but laziness has taken over. This last time I went in (Dec 2022) and asked for a sandwich on their menu and the employee told me he didn’t know how to make it. I had to walk him through the steps, laughing through it.

If you are going to close at 7:50pm instead of 8pm on a Sunday night, please update your hours of operation. It is annoying that most places in Berryville are closed completely on Sunday, but it is just as disappointing that your employee couldn’t make 2 simple subs for me. I would have tipped him too…

I go to alot subways and this one just wasn’t it walked in there and there is a hair in the chicken. Bread seemed stale the jalapeno where dry and the chicken just didn’t taste the same as other subways I ended up not eatting my sub just cause I couldn’t get past the taste the bread and chicken had.

The size of the Subway is small, so it is hard to practice proper social distancing, but everyone wears a mask and keeps the employee keep the safety screens up.

If 0 stars was an option I’d leave it that way. Lady who made my food is nodding out(opiates of some sort) putting my meat on the sandwich, sloppy spreading of sauce, and the Real kicker is the bread was burnt to the point where my daughter and fiancé cut the roof of their mouth on it. I drive back then she wants to argue about it when I bring one of the burnt subs in(all same bread) because she was to doped out to figure out how to refund. Never going back, worst part is I liked this subway BECAUSE I haven’t dealt with any of this until now.

I was very disappointed with this particular Subway. The subs were very skimpy except for an abundance of lettuce. I complained to the person making it with the manager standing there listening. They didn’t do anything and the manager turned around and left the area. Not customer friendly at all. Might consider going back if the management changes. This is nothing like other Subway restaurants I’ve experienced where they are customer focused, friendly, and generous with all the items. Very disappointed with this one.

I worked in a Subway for almost 3 years as my first job. So I’m always critical when I go to one. I ordered 6 foot long subs and they made by far the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from Subway. Perfect portions and did not skimp on the meat. True sandwich artists.

This Subway over charges their customers. Their customer service needs work. I used a 11.99 coupon plus got 2 kids meals and was charged $30. I was told that drinks were extra because I didn’t get the applesauce that came with the kids meals but was charged for kids meal. If you go to this Subway you better watch your receipt because they will over charge you.
