The staff are always really polite and kind, my only one complaint is sometimes whenever ordering online, the portions are a bit small and my sandwhich is really bare minimum. But when i go in person it’s mostly perfect, I’d wish that would be a bit different but regardless the foods amazing and they’re always super nice !

The size of the Subway is small, so it is hard to practice proper social distancing, but everyone wears a mask and keeps the employee keep the safety screens up.
As for the quality of service, the employees seemed rather new or at the very least confused. There is nothing wrong with this, but I understand that things can be loud behind the line. They were out of roast beef for my friend, but things were still good because they offered substitutes right away. We were able to get our sandwiches in a timely and correct manner, so I have no complaints.

I was very disappointed with this particular Subway. The subs were very skimpy except for an abundance of lettuce. I complained to the person making it with the manager standing there listening. They didn’t do anything and the manager turned around and left the area. Not customer friendly at all. Might consider going back if the management changes. This is nothing like other Subway restaurants I’ve experienced where they are customer focused, friendly, and generous with all the items. Very disappointed with this one.

This place is lack luster, to say the least. I’ve been to this Subway 10-15 times, so I definitely gave it a chance. Dry, stale, and old bread. Lettuce is brown and wilted. “Fresh mozzarella” is a joke. Everyone who works there is constantly on a personal call with earbuds in. When I’m there, I can’t tell if they’re talking to me or the person on the personal call. I know it’s fast food and the employees are probably not being paid well but laziness has taken over. This last time I went in (Dec 2022) and asked for a sandwich on their menu and the employee told me he didn’t know how to make it. I had to walk him through the steps, laughing through it.

If you decide to door-dash a delivery from this store- DON’T. I ordered a sub with two chips from this store via door dash and the only thing I received was my sub. The bag wasn’t even stapled closed when it was delivered.

I worked in a Subway for almost 3 years as my first job. So I’m always critical when I go to one. I ordered 6 foot long subs and they made by far the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from Subway. Perfect portions and did not skimp on the meat. True sandwich artists.
