Who ever works at the counter when customers come in. Poor customer service. Even when calling the location. Very rude. I called an an order I made from DoorDash. The delivery was fine just part of what I ordered the food was burnt. It wasn’t doordashes fault but he kept interrupting me and saying call for dash to complain. And get a refund. But I didn’t want a refund I just wanted to know if I could get my order remade.

Worst manager ever came at 8:24 on a Saturday night. This lady is the rudest person ever don’t waste your time. I never had this problem before but this night is unbelievable order the food online they said 15 minutes waited 30 minutes. I ordered a two pizzas And spent $36 including delivery. I have been a huge fan of pizza hut for so long but the pizzas were awful. The pizzas were dry and the cheese was hard. The pepperonis were so hard as well. We took 2 slices and didn’t eat anymore of it. The pizza was super thin and just terrible. I am so upset.

Horrible experience. How is the lady at the front still working there? I’ve had hundreds of bad experiences. First of she’s unbelievably rude, she told me why I was there, and I said I came to pick up an online order, and she made this ugly face and told me “for who”, can’t believe she’s still working there with her big self.

My pizza was to arrive at 6:49pm and the app said the delivery guy arrived at 6:51 but no one was on my street. I called and was placed on hold 4 times and the phone hung up. Pizza arrived at 7:20pm. No seal on my meal, wrong drinks and no sauce that I paid for with my order. Can’t get no one on the phone to resolve my complaints. I couldn’t add a second review but my order was an hour late again after it said it was here. Lynn the staff was so nice and took care of me. They left my pizza on the ground. I had ants crawling everywhere

Called in to order for delivery and had an issue with my pizza never being delivered. I called back the next day to resolve this issue and dealt with an extremely condescending employee. I understand this is a partially fast food chain and I wouldn’t expect anything less however I would expect Pizza Hut to better train their employees with better conflict resolution protocol.

It’s not good service for us who speak Spanish. He didn’t want to serve us and treated us poorly. He’s a joker and has a poor vocabulary. When we went to order because we didn’t know English, he made fun of us for not knowing English.
