Went here on Sunday with coupon. Woman working the counter said “big boss say we no take coupon “. Although disappointed by the no coupon policy, I decided to order a cold cut combo only to have the worker say “we no have cold cut”. Very sad.

Terrible service. I ordered a cold cut. And they only wanted to put bologna on it. And tried saying that is the way subway is doing it. Yet you can clearly see it should have more meats. I refused to take the order and walked out. They lost a customer from now on.

I’ve gone here before and they’ve done a good job at my sandwich but this time I went the girl making my sandwich put 3 pieces of cheese on a footlong that usually has 5 or 6 because there was no more in the little bin holding the cheese. When I asked for more cheese instead of getting more cheese from the fridge I was asked if I want a different kind of cheese because she ran out in the container. After my sandwich was made the wrapping was horrible and my sandwich fell out of the wrapper while in the bag. This subway used to do really good at making my subs but lately they haven’t been doing a good job. I would not eat here if I were you unless you want to take the risk of your food being made wrong or falling apart.

The employee that was working was amazing but the limitations she was forced to work with are inexcusable!! even though she was very polite professional and well-mannered you could tell she was very exhausted and almost run down because of the workload that was put on one person to complete in an 8 hour shift!! There is never a manager around to even speak to whether it’s a good or bad and forget about leaving your phone number for a call back because that’ll neverhappen your best bet is to popping their sporadically with your fingers crossed hoping they’re there at that time! Probably will not be returning anytime in the near future!!!

I don’t visit often, but when I do, staff is typically friendly, although not always focused on the customer. Food is always fresh. Always overloaded on the condiments! If there’s ever a mayonnaise shortage, I guarantee….subway caused it!!!

I was hungry for a tuna salad sub, and it’s the special of the day. One problem: the amount of tuna they put on the sub is very small. It looked like they made a veggie sub. When i complained, the sandwich guy just shrugged and said that’s the way it is. That may be the way it is, but they won’t sell another sub to me.
