Not sure if it’s the employees or management, but this Subway is dishonest. My young daughter ordered a roast beef sub w/ American cheese, lettuce, and a bit of mayo. The woman who built the sub accused us of ordering a “premium” Garlic Roast Beef w/ ingredients of double provolone, tomato, onion, and Garlic aioli and refused to charge us for the correct order. I left the $30 order and decided to spend my $40 at the Chipotle next door. This Subway def could use lessons in good business practices and customer service.

All staff wore masks, social distancing guidelines for customers were followed and they limited the amount of customers inside. The staff is always quick while making the sandwich and don’t tend to be stingy with the toppings. Pretty good as far as subways’ go.

I came in late one night. I speak Spanish and I don’t think they knew I could understand what they were saying. They weren’t being rude but the lady clearly didn’t want to fix my food. I still tipped them even though they definitely could have made me feel welcomed instead of sighing and sarcastically telling their counterpart they’d do my order.

Just ordered from them. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to customer service over the phone. One item from my order (thru the UberEats app) was not delivered. I appreciate that they know how to own up when they’ve made a mistake. But when I called for a solution they were incapable to give me a solution that would benefit them and myself (getting the chips in this order). I spoke to 3 different people and none could help me out.

This subway isnso expensive, that is okay for the location. But their sandwiches should be good. But the dont they’re nasty, the people there is just like they do not have good vibes, they can express in their faces, the lady looked at my from my shoes to the top of my head well is from el salvador jajaj the accent she has, the guy make me paid $47 just for 3 sandwiches. And thanks God I took a look for my recipe with the ligh of Chipotle and he put me 2 tunas and 2 chicken so I went back and said that it was 1 tuna and 2 chicken and with no meal and he out me with the meals. And I gave $3 of tips I do not know why they put now tips you feel committed to do it and even the machinw puts you more than $4 for $10 i just skip or customized for $1. My parents went to this subway and the guys just put everything and they do not build well the sandwich the put so much mayonnaise and even they did not wrapped well the sandwiches, my mom got nauseas and diarrea, so yes if this people does not like to work then they should search for another job this is so nasty and with disrespectful employees.

I went there today and the two employees making the sandwiches were just not friendly. No greetings whatsoever and they both had a frown on their faces, being really dismissive. Also the food did not look fresh, I had lost my appetite after getting my sandwich. Overall disappointed, not returning to that location.

saw a dead roach one time between the turkey slices and the worker simply threw it off and proceeded to use the same turkey slices in my sandwich… subway is decent in general but this location is consistently bad. The ingredients are low quality and stale, and sometimes just taste off. Might have to stop going altogether. There are plenty of other locations better than this one
