My mother and I went in to have lunch, had to wait while the two employees stood there talking, finally one said she’ll be with you in a minute I said ok, we placed our order one item was the new foot long chicken nacho, one employee said this is the first time making this I said ok that’s fine, after she toasted it I said this is burnt can you remake it, they spoke to ea in Spanish after a few mins I said I’m not eating or paying for that I asked the other woman if she could remake it for me she said no, ok then yeah take it off my bill, I took 2 pictures of it the one told the other worker, she picked it up to move it and asked why are you taking a picture of it you didn’t pay for it I said your right, and why are you moving it because you know it’s wrong, a few minutes later she came to the end of the counter where we were sitting eating and said I told you this is our first time making it, I said that’s ok then you refuse to remake it, her response was well I making it for myself. I don’t normally go to this location because it is horrible service but it’s been a few months and I see it’s the same hot mess……
