First – the place is clean – well kept and actually clean.
While waiting in line I got to witness a worker stand with her back to the drive thru (fully visible to the rest of the people in line) taking huge bite after bite from a large blizzard cup. Not a good look for any foodservice company.
I had ordered a medium vanilla crunch cone and it took a long time to get. I received a medium cone with the least amount of ice cream I have had in a medium in any DQ or other I have been to (see picture). The crunch was very skimpy and was soggy right off the go.
I tried to get my money back as it was not worth even forcing myself to eat to mushy “crunch” just to get my money’s worth.
It took almost 10 minutes for them to figure out to issue a refund – they wouldn’t even answer when I asked them if that was a normal cone –
Do yourself a flavor and if you want a decent cone – don’t go there.

Stopped in on our way back from a-little get away to treat our kiddos with some ice cream and was immediately disgusted by the inside of the store. The floor was SO sticky, tables were filthy and no one appeared to be working on wiping them off, the floor of the kitchen was covered in food and the ice cream candy containers were messy and looked like they never get emptied and cleaned out. People inside were frustrated with how long they had to wait just for ice cream! The staff working there did NOT provide good or friendly customer service. Will never go back! Also the garbage located outside was swarming with flies and smelled absolutely awful.

The service was very slow. Ordered small sundae and large blizzard and it took 25 min to get it. They had a group from Boone Iowa to help. They were just punching in and heard me about the 25 min wait and we were told it was very busy, that our order was working down the line. Boone Iowa crew said there is no excuse for that. She went back to find out what was going on. 30 min later was able to enjoy our dessert. This was the worst service we have gotten from them. Tables, bathrooms were dirty, no ice in the dining room, then trash was overflowing. If it weren’t for the Boone Iowa crew we would still be waiting. Hopefully this was just an off day, maybe new crew. We will try it again when in town.

Apparently I ordered half blizzard half vanilla ice cream. They sure had the top half of the large mixed well but then halfway through it switched to plain vanilla, didn’t even have the mixins that far down. For $8 maybe teach them to make a full blizzard or decrease the price

I haven’t had much for food at DQ in a while, and I can tell you this place has really fallen off hard. Went through the drive thru for a 6-piece chicken strip basket with a drink and an extra side of onion rings. When we got up to the window, the kids working had no idea what was going on and weren’t sure what we ordered. They asked what we had, then gave us the chicken strip box. We said we also had a side of onion rings, and they told us they’re in the box: they weren’t. Get that fixed and drive off.
Then, we get to the food itself. It was nearly $20 for our small order. Each of the chicken strip were tiny, the fries were about 1/3 the amount of a normal order, and they forgot the toast that comes with it. They give you this decently-sized box for the chicken strip basket, and the food only filled up about 1/4 of it.
This is the most expensive fast food in town, and it is absolutely not worth it. I’d have been more satisfied stopping at a gas station for food and probably would have saved money.

This place might as well close. Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets and ordered extra gravy. Did order thru the app and get there and get told no gravy. Then manager proceeded to say they couldn’t even refund our money For the extra sides. This is the second time ordering and this has happened. Unacceptable to tell someone you can’t do a refund because you ordered in the app.

As long as you order online, you dont wait forever in drive thru. Even blizzards and Sundays take 10 minutes. Usually dont order if line to drive thru is 5 or more vehicles

Spend 27$ on three blizzards and cheese curd. Paid for extra flavor in the blizzards and didn’t get extra flavor or any at all. White ice cream in two and lightly pink in the other. Was ignored by employees when i addressed them.

It cost 30 bucks for two 6 piece chicken strip baskets with slushies! For that price I was hoping for decent food but the chicken strips are always inconsistently cooked, and the fries are 50/50 chance. UPDATE: Now there chicken strips are even smaller dont waste your time coming here.
