It cost 30 bucks for two 6 piece chicken strip baskets with slushies! For that price I was hoping for decent food but the chicken strips are always inconsistently cooked, and the fries are 50/50 chance. UPDATE: Now there chicken strips are even smaller dont waste your time coming here.

Took half an hour for our mobile order. I thought the 15-minute amount of time was crazy. We had to tell them to add more flavoring to our drinks because it was just a little blue raspberry to all the white ice part. We weren’t even there at a busy time/ dinner or lunchtime. I get low staff, but that’s crazy! People who were ordering at the front was getting their before us.

They 100 percent prioritize their service on their drive through. We’ve now been here for 20 minutes for 3 small blizzards and only have a receipt to prove that statement. It is very dirty inside with a number of crumbs, leaves, and food items on the floor.

Extremely slow… not the employees fault- most definitely understaffed for dinner time. Has been this way for A LONG time. 2 people cooking, 1 person running drive through, and 1 kid running food orders, working front register, and making blizzards- or at least trying to do all that. Ownership and management need to address these problems, as it shows multiple people are seeing the same problem ALL THE TIME. Kudos to the kid doing register, blizzards, etc. Running around like a chicken with his head cut off and still extremely nice.

Stopped to get lunch and waited for 5 minutes at the counter. Staff was overwhelmed. I asked a group how long they had waited and it was over 10 minutes at that point for food after waiting to order for 5 minutes. I left and went elsewhere. I get low staffing but the cost and wait times makes “fast food” a pointless statement now days.

The ice cream was great, once my group and I finally got it a half an hour later. We had to locate and stock the napkins ourselves if we wanted any and literally everybody that came in after us got their orders before we got the second half of our stuff.

Not the same drive thru Gucci and I went through 2 years ago. Gucci gives 2 hooves down. Pretty dang dirty inside . Same bugs on window seal as last month. Ice dispenser has brown stuff in chute.

Always really enjoy the food, unfortunately I think they were/are a little short staff so wait time was a little long. Ultimately I watched a lady be really mean to the person even though it was clear they were short staff. Please remember to be kind to the service staff

Don’t call it fast food if the drive thru takes close to an hour. Used to be a family favorite and go-to, but the current employees mess up orders and cut you off in the middle of your sentence. Last time I was here I got food poisoning from the shake I ordered but I decided to give it a second chance. It took 50 minutes in the drive thru even though there were only 3 people in front of me. I guess they must be short staffed. Drive thru girl was rude and speaker was extremely hard to hear. Ice cream is good but not what I ordered.
