This location is the one off of State Hill Road in Wyomissing, and not to be confused with the one on the 2nd floor at the Berkshire Mall. I Love this place! The ladies are warm and inviting. The GM Ms. Ortiz is phenomenal! The prices have gone up like everything else, therefore we wait for the Buy 2 get 1 deal, or like today (Monday), July 10 – 23 the last day of their BoGO deal! it was crazy busy and swamped, and when I teased Ms. Ortiz she still gave me a beautiful smile! Please download the app, order and pay on the app, and you save so much time. Today, I had lunch with my Partner, Daughter & GrandDaughter Autumn, and we had a wonderful time sitting outside the main entrance on the picnic table. I usually stop by with my son Alexander. First time here and maybe last. We love Subways but some of the new employees, at different locations, have a not welcome actitud. Like you guys payment is from us. Try to makes happy and welcoming because we are spending our money bere. Ain’t for free. If you’re tired that’s none of our business. YOU choose to be there at least be able to make sure our experience is good enough to make sure we came back. I’m the one being nice and try to make you laugb and all that nice stuff you should give ME. Oh Lord… then get fired and complain

The food was great. I haven’t had subway in years and their menu has changed. I was able to dine in with my husband and have a good experience. The only bad thing is we were charged incorrectly. We did not realize that were over charged until we got home.

I have been to this location many times over the years and was always pleased but today was a very negative experience. 2 young gentlemen were behind the counter. One waited on me and the other stood at the cash register enjoying a beverage. When I asked for onions I was told there were none.I asked if they didn’t have any in stock and the nonchalant reply was, “We don’t have any prepped”. It was 4:50 pm and not time to close. I will be hard pressed to go there again not because of the onions but because of the discourteous attitude of the staff.

Fast friendly service serving fast food. I got the footlong special with the added cookies and drink. Plenty of parking but no drive through window service. This location has been here for years so they must be doing something right. Masks are required for entry and curbside pickup is available for hungry customers. Date of visit was Thursday April 22, 2021.

This subway location has went through a nice facelift ! I used to come here about a year ago and let me tell you it was nothing like it was today not only is it remolded the service is wonderful ! Was just in there. Beautiful place and clean. BUT employees stood there and talked while my man and I stood there waiting. Also lettuce was not fresh and the onions weren’t fresh either! And again the guy that waits on us was horrible. Asked for light onion and got extra. My man asked for extra mayo and got barely any. Had to keep asking them for more!! They knew ABSOLUTELY nothing!!!! Worst service ever. I can say this is a place I will NEVER go to again!!
