First time here and maybe last. We love Subways but some of the new employees, at different locations, have a not welcome actitud. Like you guys payment is from us. Try to makes happy and welcoming because we are spending our money bere. Ain’t for free. If you’re tired that’s none of our business. YOU choose to be there at least be able to make sure our experience is good enough to make sure we came back. I’m the one being nice and try to make you laugb and all that nice stuff you should give ME. Oh Lord… then get fired and complain

Paid on the app for extra stuff on my sandwich, when I opened my sandwich it had nothing I ordered on it. I called to speak to a manager, the lady said no manager available and she was new and so was the person making the sandwich. I can see giving them a little slack for being new but no reason they can’t read an online order. I don’t know what she did but my sandwich tasted pretty bad. She had nothing to say. The phone went silent after I explained to her what was missing. I asked for a refund of the extra I paid. She said do it in the app.

The store is good. Subway app is so easy to place order with easy rewards or deals.
The store closes at 9 PM officially and online orders also allowed till 8.30 PM only. They locked the door by 8.30 PM and this is same daily as they confirmed.
They missed an item in my order while picking up. When I call back, they made an arrangement to get the item on my convenient date.
Staff were so nice & polite. The online deal to get buy 1 get 1 foot long was so nice.

I have been to this location many times over the years and was always pleased but today was a very negative experience. 2 young gentlemen were behind the counter. One waited on me and the other stood at the cash register enjoying a beverage. When I asked for onions I was told there were none.I asked if they didn’t have any in stock and the nonchalant reply was, “We don’t have any prepped”. It was 4:50 pm and not time to close. I will be hard pressed to go there again not because of the onions but because of the discourteous attitude of the staff.

The one here in Wyomissing is really nice an brightly lit. Roll for my sandwich was really fresh and soft. Service was quick and friendly.

So im not gunna lie, I live 5 min from a subway in blandon but they always get my order wrong, so I went to wyomissing this time and because I have my dog with me I ordered curbside. I ordered a 6” BLT. Buttttttt Im very specific now because im pregnant so i really need the bacon and pepperoni i add on my sandwich to be toasted and the lovely sandwich maker followed instructions perfectly!! It was out in less than 5 min of ordering. I opened up the sandwich and there was a drawn on heart and smiley face! So sweet. Made me smile. Then I actually tasted the sandwich and I swear angels could sing. I ordered at 11 ish and the food came out at 11:10. You guys rock, The baby says thank you 🙂
