I went in after work on Wednesday night, there was a young man who helped with my order that we had called in. He did mess up my order but the manager was kind and stepped in. They ended up making me an amazing sandwich and were so kind and empathetic. I recommend and appreciate their great customer service. Thank you

Hadn’t been here in about a year, the previous employees were nice. I think it was the owner who made my sandwich today. I chose mozz cheese for the 1st time and he said nothing about it being $2 extra until I paid. He said he doesn’t always tell people it’s more, which I feel is shady. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Charged more for subs than posted online. Tried to order online at 8:30 and said that they were not taking orders past 8:45 and to hurry and complete my order. Went to checkout and it said the location is not accepting orders at this time. Decided to go order in store and was rushed though the line because they closed in 15 minutes. Price at checkout online was 19$ and was charged 25$ in store. They did not ask if I wanted a receipt and moved on to the next customer as soon as I pulled my card out of machine. Bad customer service and charged me way higher than prices listed on the subway app. Would not recommend at all.

I like this shop. You can go there and get a quick lunch! You can get a calorie conscience lunch if you choose. They have it all! From soups to salads and cookies to fruit. A large variety of drinks to boot! And their prices are very reasonable. They’re all over Lancaster County. So if you haven’t tried one, please do so!

I ordered online a chicken bacon ranch melt today around 6pm. Mind you these are more expensive because they are grilled/melted. This thing wasn’t even toasted in the slightest. Half raw bacon & chicken. Had to microwave it to even eat it. Maybe if I ordered in person it would have been made right. I think I’ll save my $15. Easy to see why subways are in decline.
