Did the bogo deal and got cheesesteaks… never again subway. 2 slivers of meat on each sub. I left my wife scape mine into half of hers, she put the other half of her fixings on the other half with mine and then she had a legit 6” sub… NOT two 12” subs. I called and “Sonny” said he would make me ONE new sub but will not replace or honor what we already drove to go get and back home. Won’t be ordering again. Wish I took photos to post, it’s that embarrassing

First of all, Subway is terrible as is but the one thing that is appealing is if you have the app. You can get 40% off many footlongs but man this store hates when you do that. Don’t bother looking for the meat because they will give you a lettuce sandwich when you order a foot long that you got 40% off because of the app. New owners are not helping this spot at all. Please go to any other subway if you are looking for one.

I have been going to another Subway location for over 10 years. Upon my last visit, I had an order for 5 foot longs. I asked about Italian bread…they did not have it. Then I asked for the cheese bread…nope. They only had white bread. So I left. This was a blessing in disguise. I looked for another Subway nearby and came upon this location. The owner was working the counter and was friendly and professional. His food looked fresh and none of this vegetables were browned or wilted as was the case at the other location. Just one example of why this location rocks is that he does not chintz on the quantity of meats. I could actually see the thick layers of turkey he layered in my sub. When I got to our relatives house and showed them the side view of the sliced sub, they all exclaimed how much meat was on the sandwich. I went back two weeks later to make sure he did not just load up to impress me and hopefully keep me as a new customer. He made the subs just as he did the first time. I told him my family and I will be coming to his Subway only! Help this small business owner survive and succeed. He deserves your business.

One of the employees tried getting smart with me because I didn’t show him my coupon before I made my sandwich. Also didn’t even let me use the coupon because of that when no other subway gives me issues with my coupons whether I show them it first or not. Also ordered something that was not excluded from the coupon and still couldn’t use it. Still payed out of decency but never coming again.

I do not eat here due to my allergies, but my brother eats there all the time. I brought him in this evening and we were greeted by two very nice gentlemen. At first it seemed like they knew us and then I found out that they actually remembered my brother from past experiences. They even remembered that he liked soccer and asked him what jersey he had on today. All of this to say that the service is absolutely superb.
In regard to the atmosphere, I feel that it is absolutely spectacular. Compared to some times that I had gone in years past, I found it to be much cleaner, modern, and customer friendly. They have a rack for online pick-up orders which is super nice. All of their ovens, microwaves, and appliances are brand new and up-to-date. They even removed some tables from the dining area to make it feel more comfortable to stand in when waiting in line.
This last part will be short because I do not eat there myself, but, as I said, my brother does. He loves the subs that they make, and trust me, my brother is picky as picky gets. They knew his order for starters, but they still made sure to ask and confirm that everything looked right before and after putting anything on it.
Overall, this store gets a 10/10 in my book. I feel that the new ownership is taking this once outdated store in a very positive direction!
