Ridiculous. I ordered 2 chipotle melts and they gave me no more than 2 pieces of chicken in each wrap. This is absolutely unacceptable. All I received was a piece of cheese tortilla with cause … we got our food in less than 1 minute so I know it was slapped together carelessly. Won’t be returning

Not sure what changed here but it use to be terrible. This is now by far the best Taco Bell we’ve been too. We stop every Wednesday for a quick work lunch and the food is perfect, friendly staff, quick and they have clean restrooms. You guys are doing a great job! Nice to have somewhere in Maineville that checks the boxes.

Rudest staff I have ever met. We walked in and ordered on the kiosk. Guy working throws our bag on the counter rudely. Another lady walks in to pick up her order and while she’s in their worker yells loudly at other employee on break to lock the door and starts cussing, employee walks up and slams door. Last night we went through the drive thru at this location with an order over $20. These are the tacos we received in our crate, there was literally a tablespoon of filling. Also, pictured is a chili cheese burrito that was mostly tortilla shell. Last week we received a Crunchwrap Supreme with literally only sour cream tomato and lettuce… no cheese no meat… what is going on in this location?? I couldn’t even talk to the manager as he was too nonchalant and deflected the issue to a first day employee however that didn’t explain why they only gave us 5 pkts of sauce for a taco/burrito crate, a chili cheese burrito and a quesadilla or the meatless cheeseless crunchwrap last week ♀️

Norma’ atmosphere, I mean it’s Toca Bowl in Maineville, Ohio, what could you possibly expect. This establishment is clean, and management is exceptional. Our order was totally jacked and Kelsie made sure that we were well taken care of upon my return home. Everyone is courteous and greets you with a smile. Close to shopping i.e. Kohls, Target, TJ Max and Kroger.
