I just went through the drive through (after having to park my car in the drive through because the wait was so long with 4 cars) and none of the items I purchased are made right. My quesadilla has NO sauce, my cantina chicken taco had 5 tiny pieces of chicken and nothing else in it, and my potato taco a crap ton of lettuce and a few smalls potatoes. I don’t understand what happened.

Tonight we wanted Taco Bell for dinner , we usually go to the one in Lebanon but the maineville one was closer so we went there . We spent 62.91 on food for the whole family . When we got back with the food we opened the bag to find food missing , our fries were ice cold , my mothers steak tacos were nasty , it was like they had been nuked in the microwave , the lettuce was soggy , the sour cream wasn’t even the right consistency and the meat tasted bad , my mother even put sour cream on it to try to eat it since she had taken her insulin and could only eat a few bites before she became sick to her stomach ! When I called the store the I assume manager told me that it was on me and that if I wanted anything done I’d have to wait till tomrmrow cause he didn’t want to deal with it . I went all the way to the store as the man on the phone said I could to get a refund but then when I got there he couldnt give me my money back that I had to wait till tomorrow to get it back and I told him well I need to go get food somewhere else so we could eat and 63 dollars isn’t cheap but they called the cops instead of the GM ( that he was supposedly on the phone with her name is Chelsea ) giving him the right stuff to issue it and now I have to go back at 6 pm on the 3rd to be able to do anything.

taste like my dog ate mexican soaked in 120 day old grease. not enough alcohol in the world could make eating this food enjoyable. But besides that they literally had zero food items available. If you ever decide to door dash from here just know it will be missing food, and any extra sauces you ordered. Items that are supposed to be “steamed” never are, on top of that (yes I know it’s Taco Bell), but one half of your burrito will have the protein, the other half will be the fillings. Last night we went through the drive thru at this location with an order over $20. These are the tacos we received in our crate, there was literally a tablespoon of filling. Also, pictured is a chili cheese burrito that was mostly tortilla shell. Last week we received a Crunchwrap Supreme with literally only sour cream tomato and lettuce… no cheese no meat… what is going on in this location?? I couldn’t even talk to the manager as he was too nonchalant and deflected the issue to a first day employee however that didn’t explain why they only gave us 5 pkts of sauce for a taco/burrito crate, a chili cheese burrito and a quesadilla or the meatless cheeseless crunchwrap last week ♀️

AVOID THIS LOCATION.
We have gone her numerous times, and always try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Every single time one or more items are missing. The quality of the food is so very poor. Food is cold and gross. Tonight I found multiple hairs in the food that we ordered. Every time we go, we wait upwards to around 25 minutes in the drive through, just to get home to find an incomplete order. There needs to be some standard of quality control implemented. I’ve tried to call the location to talk to a manager but no luck. I will be calling cooperate.
I know it sounds ridiculous to be complaining about a $4 taco, but when tacos are $4, in this economy, the quality better be mediocre at the very least if they want to keep customers.

Didn’t give me half of what I ordered. This has happened before. Management, please talk with your employees. How is TACO Bell incapable of providing their customers with the literal TACOs they order.
