Old ladies don’t listen to what you want and then they don’t add the drink and chips to your meal and you end up paying for them separately even though you paid for the meal in the first place and they said they can’t do anything about it. Probably my fifth time there and they have never got my order correct and had terrible customer service. I don’t typically leave reviews but someone’s got to say something.

I used curbside pickup today. Instead of saying thank you for the order and have a nice day like you should the lady proceeded to tell me they have a drive thru and I could have used that. I have had excellent service and the food came out great all the other times I have been here. But I am only rating based on todays experience. No reason to be like that when I was following the instructions sent to me after ordering. ♀️

They consistently screw up orders. So much so that I don’t even go to this location anymore. They might get it right if you’re there ordering and watching and only getting one thing. Don’t try to order multiple subs online though. Not to mention the staff can be pretty rude! Just my experiences and opinion. Do what you will with this information.

I only gave the Conneaut Lake store 1 star because I had to give one to write this review. I ordered 3 subs off the app and went to pick them up. I had chosen curbside pickup and let them know I was there. Nobody came out to my car so I had to go to drive thru. ALL OF MY SUBS WERE MISSING SPECIFIC THINGS I ASKED FOR! Even though it showed on the receipt the correct order. We ate them (had to put on the atuff they forgot) then I called them. They said they couldn’t do anything unless I brought back the sandwiches. So just to let everyone know MAKE SURE YOU WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR SANDWICHES OR THEY WILL DO THIS TO YOU TOO!

Ordered 3 subs, one was a chicken but somehow I got a Turkey sub, but paid extra for the chicken sub. Ordered extra cheese one another, paid for it but sure didn’t get it. Asked for Italian dressing on the side, got none. Tried to call repeatedly, no one answered. Will never go back!!!
