Honestly how hard is it to mix a blizzard? I got the new peanut butter cookie dough party and over 3/4s was just vanilla ice cream….its like they dumped the toppings on top and sent it…and there was long blonde hair in my chicken strips. Cold on top of it like its been sitting. I keep giving this place chances and its for nothing. Im now done coming here….this is ridiculous that every single time this store messes up some part of my order….every single time without fail….i spent $22 on 2 blizzards and chicken strips…the food is ice cold and the blizzard was so far from what is advertised….

Look at this blizzard. Manager said the oreo are those little particles. The little black specs. Asked for my money back and he wanted to argue then call the cops. I have reached out to several dq websites and have called asking for a reginal manager to contact myself and my girlfriend about this. Nobody has contacted us back

FILTHY. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. To start off we waited in the drive-through line for over 10 minutes for 2 blizzards. By the time we got our blizzards they were half melted. I took mine home to eat later and when I got to the last couple bites I found that there was a nickel in the bottom of my cup. Not only is this filthy, but I could’ve swallowed it. I called the manager the next day and explained what happened. She first asked if I had proof that this happened. She essentially called me a liar and said I would have to bring in the nickel, the blizzard cup and my receipt so they could check the security cameras because there’s no way that this could’ve happened. If I did all of this then “potentially” I could get a free blizzard. She wasn’t apologetic whatsoever. I will never come back to this location. Disgusting.

Dairy queen was out of french fries. We had a coupon for two 3
4 piece chicken meals. Coupon expires in two days. We asked if they were substituting anything for the fries they stated onion rings or cheese curds. They then proceeded to charge for the onion rings. We asked why and they said there’s an uncharged even if they didn’t have what was advertised with the meal. We asked to speak to the owner and we’re told we can’t take it up on line so that’s what I’m doing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This has got to be the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Every chance I give them I’m reminded why I shouldn’t go there. I just got two cookie dough blizzards. Neither of them having any cookie dough in them whatsoever. The ice cream was already half melted by the time I received it (which is an ongoing problem). This is the last time I’ll ever go there. Save your money and don’t bother going here.

My son’s birthday was today (Sunday) and yesterday (Saturday night) I called to order an ice cream cake. The girl told me they needed 24hr notice in order to have it ready in the morning. “Company policy.” And also they were short staffed as-is. But after we chatted back and forth she said “I’m not supposed to do this, but I’ll see what I can do.” She called back a little later and said she managed to find time and made it! And added some extra decorations too! My brother went to pick it up the next morning and when he brought it home I was SO impressed! I wish I could post a pic here. She did red & blue dots all along the border and had the cookie crumbles!
I used to work at Dairy Queen as a teenager, so knowing the effort she had to put into it, just absolutely melted my heart! I didn’t get her name, but I’m planning on finding out to tip her.

The expririence at Dairy Queen in Garrettsville was disappointing and I do not recommend spending money here. The food and ice cream is great- but overall overpriced. Anyways, every time my family and I choose this place to eat, the service is rude and leaves me feeling awkward and uncomfortable when ordering and receiving my items. Tell the employees to stop pushing paying customers out of the premise when they close in more than 30 minutes! I will always take my business elsewhere and I advise you to do that too- or you’ll agree soon enough.

I will never go back again. It’s always been terrible, my last visit was the icing on the cake!! The man at the register talked to my husband and I like we were stupid! My total was 12.33 (just a guess, can’t remember the exact amount), I had a 20.00 and asked my husband for 3 pennies. Counter man says “that’s not going to make a difference”! He kept mumbling under his breath, he tells us he’s not a millennial, well neither are we! But thanks for the compliment since we are boomers!! He couldn’t understand simple math and he has a machine to do the work! But wait, he told us his IQ is 161.
