I work close by this location. Everything single time I go in there, I want to punch the owner in his mouth. Don’t use his location. He’s a robber, he makes you buy double meat because he doesn’t even put the proper amount on to being with. More people need to call this guy that owns it out. This used to be my go to place almost everyday. Ever since the two ladies stopped working there, that place went down hill. The customer service sucks! The cookies are always stale now. I asked the guy for my type of bread and he gave me a dirty look and could barely understand what he was saying. There’s no point on having a remodeled place if your employees suck at their job.

The manager SUMEDHA NAGPAL is very RUDE AND RACIST as well. I ordered an online sub and it got delivered 45 minutes late and she being the manager was not willing to take any responsibility for it. Secondly, the veggies and sauces I had mentioned in the app were not there but the ones they had available in store were just put and sent. Further, the quantity of them was not even worth paying a dime for it!

Seriously do not order online from this Subway. I placed an order and they called me that they were out of meats and I asked to be refunded and they said they don’t know how to and I have to do it online. Well I looked online and the Subway website says that online orders cannot be canceled online and you have to deal with refunds in the store, so now I have to contact my bank to get my money back because the stupidity of this Subway.
