They don’t honor advertised specials, and exclude several coupons. Also, the meat on their subs is skimpy. Will not patronize that location again. The Southgate Plaza location is much better!

Went here because I got a coupon for two footlongs for $12.99. Good deal right? Nope. The owner of this location decided to add subs to the exclusion list. I was only informed at checkout. Spent $34 on two subs and two small drinks when I was planning for a relatively good deal. Well won’t be back thanks to their unethical bait and switch tactics.

The weekday workers at this subway are the best! They are nice, courteous, and make great food! Just don’t order on the weekends. The usual weekend guy is rude (even if you are nice back) and does a poor job. I was in no rush and told him it’s okay if he takes his time for my online order. He rushed anyways and the food was awful because of it

My husband and I were at this location around 3:15pm on June 2. I was so confused about the coupons but Brian, who was on shift, was AMAZING and so patient with me l, the most pleasent and sweetest guy! A superior Subway. These folks always have my online order ready at the time I pick in the app and I’ve never had an issue once yet. No lame excuses like the Subway at Southgate where they don’t seem to care about customer service or orders through the app, these folks actually care about how it’s supposed to be done! Will always be our first Subway choice

Usually I have no issues with this location and order here often. I always use the app to order and then pickup food. Today though, 6/4/21, I ordered food about 5pm and picked it up as normal. Two of the subs were completely wrong. The girl who made them, idk what happened but she toasted a veggie sub. Who does that? I have the order saved in the app and get the same thing every time. I also received the ham sub and I asked for mayo and she put Chipotle on it. Very disappointed as it had to be thrown out because the person eating it cannot have spicy foods. Idk if I will be back. Update 4/2022 still screwing up orders. I will not be back
