My husband and I came through the drive thru today and it was nicest and quickest service ever. The food was hot, and delicious. Spicy Nuggets were perfect and the chicken sandwich looked like it could have been in a BK commercial. We will def be coming back! Called the store to tell them that they made our day!

Went here about 9:20 just to get told that we had to wait 5 mins for a cook to show up an they wherent taking orders. A manager off clock ran in to tell the other manager im assuming he a manager angel to not take our order after he told us to go wait in lobby parking area. Im sorry we stopped yall weed breaks but this aint the job for yall. Franklin already aint got nothing but bad business yall could atleast straighten up a little bit.

I recently went to this location, earlier today on my lunch break. The food was OK. I wouldn’t give it a 5 star I feel like this store desperately needs either new management or new people in the kitchen. If you ask me they could use both , to be honest this is a little personal but this food made my stomach upset to where I had to use the restroom not once but twice ! TWICE ! I don’t know if the food was spoiled or what but get it together Burger King ! This is absolutely absurd and as far as going back to this location I won’t be anymore ! GOOD DAY !

So much fried food, no trays, I mean, I would love to have had a tray to put my food on. The onion rings were good and so were the chicken nuggets. Management was on their tiptoes catching their orders on time. New girl got assistance to make a mocha frappe which was DELICIOUS❤️
My only comment close to a complaint would be to offer a few more alternatives to fried chicken nuggets because YOURS ARE WAY BETTER THAN MCDONALD’S

Friendly staff, and love those burgers and onion rings, but we get more order mistakes here than other fast food places. The parking lot is always empty compared to its across the street competition. If they can get that accuracy and consistency up, I am sure that will change.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would! I had to pull up and wait from the drive through as well as the lady behind me. 20 minutes later One person brought out both cars foods and gave us the wrong bags, after the other customer opened my burger and stuck her hands all in it to determine it wasn’t hers, the employee wrapped it back up and put it in the bag and proceeded to try to give me the same burger the other customers had their hands all in…NEVER AGAIN will I visit this location…I will drive to Morgan city WAY out of my way before I visit this establishment again

Wish I could have given no stars. This place is not what it once was. My son had a job interview there and the manager asked him how much time he did because he had a couple of tattoos. My son didn’t know what that meant until I told him. She then asked him repeatedly if he was in a gang because she didnt want her store to get shot up. This is pathetic. Racial profiling and discrimination. I will NEVER eat there again .

Every time I go to the drive in at night I’m asked to back up to reset the timer. Or drive forward when no one is behind me. I politely told the lady I would pull up if someone came and she demanded rudely I pull forward so that her timer would not be affected. It’s aggravating to go there And deal with there rudeness. Even though they are open until 2 a.m. through the drive-through and 10 p.m. in the dining room they closed at 9:30 p.m. in the dining hall on Tuesday February 26, 2019.
When I knocked on the door @ 9:40pm because I could see people in the back, there was no response. When I walked around the drive thru and could see three employees.
Dispite me knocking on the window they were smoking and ashing into a cup in the kitchen ignoring me, though I could see the active drive thru headset on 2 of them. Finally a guy comes to the window and says they don’t take walk throughs, when I asked his name he gave, “Lesley” which is unlikely.
At this point I was still just wanting a whopper, still before 10pm, and hoping this maybe wasn’t intentional..
when after I walked up at the front door an older black woman walked up, told me to go to the McDonald’s down the street, pretended she was calling the police and told me no one would believe me over her.
2 take-aways: a) if you own this franchise. Fire all of these night crew, they don’t deserve jobs. B) haven’t had McD’s in years but they were so professional and kind! Even after I told them what I dealt with at Burger King.

Staff is slow. I ordered one thing and got something totally different. If they do they work and stop talking everybody business they can get the job done correctly.
