I wish I could give negative stars. First I am talking about Willard OH Bruno’s. They change their menu all the time but I got the veal sandwich which I always do when I order from there. It had no sauce just mayo and the lady argued with me saying it always came with lettuce tomato and mayo which it never did before when I ordered it and it always came with a type of tomato/marinara type of sauce on top. We also ordered chicken Alfredo and it looked like they had overcooked the noodles and just threw chicken and sauce over the top. They admitted to putting tomato and lettuce and mayo on the mushroom Swiss even though it didn’t have lettuce or tomato on it to begin with. But they (the woman I talked to) refused to fix anything and argued with me the whole time and said “I’m not gonna sit here and argue with you so I said bye and hung up! Rude customer service and awful food. Not worth it. Go somewhere else!

First time door dash order. Gave the food a 2 because I really like the breaded cauliflower. The fish is another matter. The only thing I could taste was hot oil. No flavor at all to the breading. Really disappointed. Will stick to pizza or salad.

I’m sorry but one day it’s a good eat and the next time it’s garbage. Like today ordered cheese sticks, breaded mushrooms, and a Hawaiian pizza. The pizza looked and tasted great the breaded mushrooms on the other hand burnt tasted nasty in the mozzarella sticks they just weren’t good at all they tasted kind of oil burner not only that we didn’t get any of our dipping sauces and he left it at the back door and knock on it didn’t call and say they were on their way you’re nothing like we asked them to. Today was not a good day.

I ordered a breaded veal with just ketchup and fries a couple of weeks ago. When it was delivered the veal and bun were burnt and inedible and the fries tasted like they were grease-logged. I got a hold of the shop, they said no refund and told me to call the Slice apps phone number.
Today we gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered 2 pizzas for the last day of their $10 sale. We got 2-12″ pizzas that were not good at all. You couldn’t tell that the Chicken Bacon Ranch was actually the pizza we ordered and the other pepperoni pizza was just as bad. Both were not good at all. We’ve had good food there in the past, but not sure we are going to order for awhile.

We have ordered here before and never had the experience like we did this time. We ordered a Gyro and the meat was super tough and to many onions over powered the flavor of anything else on the gyro. We also ordered a chicken Alfredo and the noodles were over cooked and stuck to the bottom of the pan and they forgot the chicken too. Everything else we ordered was ok.

Ordered chicken Alfredo and funnel fries.
Both were alright. Alfredo has good taste, the noodles are weird, like they’re thicker than other noodles, I don’t know they had a unusual texture to them.
The funnel fries were good but chewy as they were slightly over cooked.
Not being mean but it was not worth 21. dollars and some change.

First, I ordered off the app, and it said my food was ready. It wasn’t ready when I got there. I ordered wings that came to a total of 23 dollars. When I got home, they were completely raw, both orders. When I contacted the app. They stated I was only offered 2 dollars back.
