Took 20 minutes to get 2 subs. I was in line and they had the meat put on them and I waited while the preparer made 3 more subs for the people that came in after me. Had to wait for the lettuce and tomato to be put on while she started the other 3. Why not finish my order before starting the next.

Was disgusted by something an employee did while they made my family’s sandwiches (and has been doing for a long time judging by other reviews I see); didn’t want to make a scene since the store was busy and they are generally very sanitary.

The store was very clean including the bathroom which was surprising because most public restrooms even if they LOOK clean still smell bad but this one didn’t. An employee was mopping the floor when we entered the store but he came to help us in a minute or two. I was a bit concerned about whether he’d washed his hands but he did at least put gloves on which I guess was better than nothing. Overall it was a good experience and the sub was very good.

Ordered two subs and sent my 14 year old daughter in to pick them up. She was harassed and was made uncomfortable by a man behind the counter, asking her personal information, sexual questions and address. Shocked that this is acceptable behavior in a place of business… Do better subway and train ur employees this is not the way to treat customers!!
