First time here today. Will be the last also. First of all, we stood there for almost 10 minutes before she even came out of the back room, I don’t think she realized but I saw her reflection in the glass. She was just sitting down in the back doing nothing. Not even paying attention to customers. Girl with long reddish hair was completely miserable, she also smushed our bread completely flat while she cut it. And she only gave me 3 meatballs on one of my subs and charged me full price. Fountain drink machine was out of order too. The whole experience was just awful. Will not be back.

After being quoted an online order time I arrived at the location at that time. Not only had the order not been completed it wasn’t even started. I had to wait while the employee continued to make other people’s food (even people who arrived after me). In all my order was not ready until 20 minutes after my quoted time. No apology and then after making a complaint to subway directly, I only get a canned apology from the manager. Unacceptable from the top down.

This shop is never open when the sign states that they should be. The tables are always covered in food, and the soda machine has been out of order for months. There is a sign that states the water is only $.99, but they seem to think that it’s fine to ignore that and charge the price for a fountain drink. The bread was undercooked, and the rest of it was barely palatable. I really hope the employees are looking for other work because it’s clear that this Subway does not have much longer to exist.

Whenever I go here lately, the employees leave a sign up saying they’ll be right back. Walk around a bit, maybe do some shopping, come back and no, they aren’t back. I’m starting to wonder if they actually do work there or if they are just getting paid to sit outside and smoke or play on their phones.

Worst subway I’ve ever seen. As we speak it’s 350pm on a Thursday and they’re closed even though their sign says open. They were closed Monday at 3pm and closed Sunday at 1pm even though they are listed as open all these hours. Worker is usually just in the back and has to be called to to come up front. Will never give this location another dime of my money.

Just waited 15 minutes for me to have to say something for someone to come out and take my order. As I noticed from an earlier review. It was the same Amy someone else had complained about. Taking my order felt like a bother to them and the entire process was just unprofessional. Never coming here again

I had the unfortunate experience of deal with Amy. I waited 20 mins before I was even waited on. The only reason I was waited on is because I stuck my head around the corner and apparently broke her concentration from her phone. Once she came out to take my order she was very rude and unprofessional. I will never order or eat at this subway again as long as this lady works there.

Sat there waiting for service while the lady was sitting there slicing tomatoes. She definitely knew we were there and watched us leave when we finally got sick of no service. I’ll be taking my business to brewerton from now on.
