If you have a subway coupon do not take it to this location. They do not honor subway coupons at all. Thank goodness I indicated that I have a coupon when I approached the counter before ordering anything. One would have expected the employee to say I’m sorry Miss we don’t accept coupons. However instead she reached over the counter with her hand and pointed to the sign to the left of the glass. Whatever happened to good old customer service? At least have the common decency to politely utter a phrase to the customer. This Subway and it’s employees do not value customers. They just want our money. ….And so I politely walked out and took my money to a food establishment that appreciates me as a customer.

Avoid avoid avoid! They send coupons for locals and don’t take them but don’t tell you until last second when you pay. They also DO NOT ring the sandwiches up with the same price as that is on the board.

Have been frequently visiting this location for almost 2 years and never had a bad experience.. Great customer service.. Always love the subs here, as these are fresh and the place is very clean and hygienic.. the associates are very considerate and patient to let me select vegetarian choices and answered all my doubts.. would visit here again for sure…

Best subway I’ve been to in years. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, order prepared perfectly and immaculately clean. You can even eat in! As a side note,even though they couldn’t honor a coupon I presented, they gave me a discount anyway! Who does that these days?? Bravo

When a customer comes in and treats the employees with a smile and tips them for,et’s face it, doing the job they’re already paid to do, and in turn the tending employee doesn’t even say “thank you” for the tip even though she was clearly there to see what was deposited into the tip bucket, then it’s either retrain/repurpose/fire the employee OR customer goes elsewhere next time. Date/timestamp of event = Nov. 16, 2021 at approx. 6:30pm local time. Subway food is good, but it’s not the leader over others (I only came here out of convenience during travels, but Jersey Mike’s is better). Way too many other alternatives to be annoyed by untrained employees.

I have been going regularly here for few times. the quality of service is really going to the drain. They try to rush thru making sandwich with out filling proper vegetables. I saw Sandwich artist (???) put three piece of cucumber and 3 pieces of tomato in the sandwich. I would never visit going forward and do not recommend people to go. find some other place.
