I literally paid $30 for 2 foot long hero’s with mayo that’s it. They put no ingredients forget about the meat that was supposed to be in it there was no lettuce onion tomato like few pieces. I can’t believe how much they skimp you. You guys should be out of business for being this greedy. The chicken for sweet onion teriyaki they have it in these tiny pre portioned plastic containers which I’ve never seen in any other subway and that was even half full. You need to get quadruple meat on it for it to equal regular amount they put in other subways. The other one was turkey sandwich which they put 4 slices in it. We would not have tasted the turkey if it didn’t have funky smell to it. The chicken I didn’t even taste all I tasted was bread and sweet onion sauce. We ended up throwing out the sandwiches. Stop being greedy and rip people off. Instead give the right amount so people come back and buy from you again. I will never go to this spot and I don’t recommend anyone else to go unless they want to get ripped off. I HONESTLY DIDNT KNOW YOU CAN RIPPED OFF GETTING A SANDWICH. lol learn something new everyday.

The order was missing olives and cheese. Despite this, the manager chose to only believe the employee. When I called to address the issue, I experienced rude customer service.

Also, the manager said the cheese is there, but you can’t see it because it’s toasted. But guess what, they forgot to toast it as well. Poor service and absurd customer service.

DONT GO HERE!!! terrible customer service I ordered a sandwich and waited for my husband to use the bathroom and he was going to order after he got out and the cashier yelled at him when he came out and told him he couldn’t use the bathroom for that long to use it quick and only if he’s ordering something. very rude and very disrespectful people making your food. i’ve never been more upset before. very disappointed.

Last week, I ordered a few meal from their app, and the staff acted like they hadn’t been paid. When I walked in the store,no one was there, and they just stared at me. Is it so hard to say “hello”? Not to mention “thank you, goodbye, have a nice day”—those words are worth more than gold.

The experience was terrible, and the extra ingredients were so stingy.

If the kid working could have been any more aggravated that I walked in there he would have rolled his eyes. It was 5pm the stores open for 4 more hrs yet you have no bread but white and 1/2 a wheat roll. So not a great experience

Have been frequently visiting this location for almost 2 years and never had a bad experience.. Great customer service.. Always love the subs here, as these are fresh and the place is very clean and hygienic.. the associates are very considerate and patient to let me select vegetarian choices and answered all my doubts.. would visit here again for sure…

Do you guys even train your new employees? Why do I have to stand behind the counter as a customer and explain that a chopped salad needs to be CHOPPED UP. And that’s just one example of horrible service. I am not going to tell someone else how to do their job! Train your people right or leave them in the back of house until they actually know what they are doing!
