I always love subway because it’s a good go to, but I really want to comment on the hospitality of the young man that was working tonight. (Wed 6/28- 7 pm) in the Middlebury location. That young man behind the counter was so nice and so patient. He had a line almost out the door but with every person he had a smile and made it positive. I give him so much credit- Amazing!!

I was told by the employee on-site 5/21/23 that this Subway location does not accept coupons. Every other Subway I have ever visited has accepted coupons.

Ordered a sandwich said it would be ready by 2:15 when I arrived it wasnt even started. I told the guy I had to leave and to cancel my order. No sorry and just said ok. I wouldve waiting but put the order in at 2 arrived at 2:16 and had to be back to work by 2:30. An apology would’ve been nice but didnt seem to care at all

Very upset with the lack of maintenance and care in this business from management. I went in with my little sister last week when I realized some sort of black pieces which looked like bugs floating around my sisters drink. Thank god she got sprite because I couldn’t see the little specs in my coke. I went up and told the employee (which was amazing btw) and he said that they told the manager months ago and he hasn’t fixed it. The employees were great and it wasn’t their fault, but Subway needs to find new management for this location. Not good!

Excellent service from a very friendly employee. Their veggies and meats were very well taken care of, and looked fresh as could be. My coldcut combo on Italian bread was very tasty and fresh. I’d definitely visit this establishment again.

I would like to start off saying that I understand that with everything going on a place will be out of products due to vendors not having them. In the past I have had very little issues with the subway but tonight I was very disappointed. I stopped in on my way home to get a sandwich and the young man behind the counter was not very professional. When I walked into the store he rolled his eyes and leaned up against the wall as I try to figure out my order and informed me that the only type of bread they had was wheat. Where I was fine with this when I ordered my sandwich his response to me was “nah I can’t do that we don’t have roast beef so we’re not doing that right now”. This was the point I decided I was not going to continue with my order and I left. I will give this location another try in the future but this visit was not the greatest

Good Subway overall. Clean with an attentive staff. Subway can be hit or miss but this one is one of the good ones. They also seem to have the most up to date menu and keep their veggies etc. fresh and not sitting out forever. Pricing is also OK believe it or not I have been to a couple of Subways that are way out of whack. They have the specials available as well.

My son and I went here and got 2 grinders they were the worst grinders we ever had the kid that made the grinders didn’t care on how the grinder got made very cheap on the toppings when we ate the grinders the only thing u taste is the bread I recommend not buying grinders from this location ur better off going up the street to jersey mikes they have way better grinders than subway yes u will pay a little extra but it’s worth it I will never buy another grinder from subway yes subway rebranded themselves but they r going in the direction its just a matter of time that jersey mikes will put subway out of business
