I was at Burger King in Elkton Va today 04/21/2023 and ordered a whopper jr with cheese and extra cheese no pickle , and a 8 piece nugget . I get my food park in the parking lot to find my sandwich had no ketchup , no pickle (which is correct) and no extra cheese which I asked and paid for . I go back through for the male manager to be a complete jerk and run his mouth as I’m setting there at the window listening to it and then his little cook to come and slam my burger in the counter at the drive thru and say “if they ask for it they might it get “ . EXCUSE ME ?!?!? I clearly had my receipt and you CLEARLY can’t read sense you made it wrong !

I was in the drive thru at the Elkton Burger King recently. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and asked that they be thoroughly cooked to the point that they be nice and hot. When i got them they were almost cold!. The customer should be able to have their food the way they order it.
