What an amazing transformation at this store. Visted this, was welcomed greeted and served right. Usually not great experience. Came to know this is under new leadership and managment. Owners are friendly and will do anything to ensure everything is top notch. Give its. Try folks you will be extraordinarily happy. Even the hours sign is updated and it’s open till 9 pm.

Lots of bread, but not much else! Obviously trying to save money with the toppings, including the meat. I’ve eaten at other subways recently the amounts here are much less comparatively. Staff weren’t very friendly either, there was an older gentleman in front of me and the guy behind the counter was impatient with his indecisiveness.

I thought the place was closed when I drove up. It was open but the inside seemed dark. The chip racks were nearly empty. The soda refrigerator was nearly empty. The drink fountain was entirely broken. There was no tuna. There were no chocolate chip cookies.

Incompetent workers. Might be the worst subway in all of Connecticut. Floors are dirty, staff was very rude. I ordered on the app and order said ready for pick up. Once I arrived, order was not ready. Everyone in line (about 10 people) had to order before she made my in app order. You’re better off driving down the Silas deane and going to the other location. 0/10 stars

I made on line order and recieved someone else food. The mayo that was on it was way to much to eat even though it was not what i ordered and threw in garbage. I never receieved a call that i was given wrong order and was 20 minutes away before realizing i got wrong food and wasnt driving back. The owners to my survey response was i will speak to his team about it. Not let us reaplace or refund your money. I wont ever go here again and maybe not even Subway again. Big Y subs are better and cheaper anyways i will just go there. I would give this store -10 Stars if i could. !!!!!
