Friendly service. Though my sandwich was messy. They ran out of the garlic sauce halfway throb making my sandwich. They had more but he didn’t bother putting Any more on my great garlic sub, even though an Co worker grabbed a fresh bottle for him. Overall okay service but could have been better

Waited for 45 minutes for our food. Stale bread on 2 subs. Ordered a steak and cheese with no vegetables. What do I get half way through the sub a pepper….. it has happend multiple times in the past year. We used to be frequent customers but if a simple order is too much we’ll have to go elsewhere

Got two foot longs tuna was down grade from white tuna to light tuna very fishy tasting watery wheat bread had some kind of seeds I didn’t like . They are charging more for poor quality the tuna subs was all was my favorite sorry not any more it was awful

I ordered 4 sandwiches online. One was correct, 3 were not. My husband went back to Subway with the 3 sandwiches after I verified the online order form was correct. They fixed one, incorrectly changed one, and didn’t fix the 3rd sandwich (BLT with no lettuce or tomato)- after second trip to Subway only 2 of the 4 sandwiches were correct. Very disappointed.

I love subway, I understand having a bad day, usually I’m greeted with nothing but kindness and great service. However, today was shocking to say the least. My daughter and I walked in, had to wait just a minute for the young lady to come out front (I’d say she was busy working on something else, which I understood)…but when she came out front she came with the rudest attitude I’ve ever received. She was short with words, you could here the anger in her voice and definitely see it in the scowl on her face. Forward ahead to adding veggies, the rudeness was getting worse so I spoke up and we had a few words that ended in her telling me “THERE IS NO ATTITUDE FROM ME” …well ma’am even my daughter felt your rudeness and it made her uncomfortable. So ultimately I told her to keep the sandwichs and ended up walking out. I will take my business elsewhere and support a company that doesn’t talk to thier customers in such a way and appreciates the concept that thier customers are why they have a business in the first place.
