We placed an order through the subway app for delivery. It is delivered by Doordash. Order placed, paid for delivered minus the bottle of coke. No worries we will call and get credit…..or get them to bring the coke. Well it turned out a missing coke is a much bigger issue!!!!! Manager of subway stated I could come pick it up….I’m had it delivered for a reason….option 2…I can come and get a refund….I’m again had it delivered for a reason….. explains to the manager I can’t do either which is why I had it delivered. So I asked to have the coke credited to my card……hmmm can’t do that….there system dose not allow them to access to refund. They can leave cash at the register. So the manger asked if she could call me back so she could look into the situation. I asked what was there to look into, she said to find out why the coke was missing. Ok so the store owner called back….stated I had been given all the options they could offer. What could she do to make me happy….I said deliver the coke! She said she couldn’t because she wasn’t protected on someone else’s property. Not sure what to say to this. Then I was told that she couldn’t make me happy…..sure you can deliver the coke or credit me the money. Nope can’t do either of those….but I could reach out to doordash to have to have come and pick up the coke…(yup you guessed it for an additional delivery fee). I asked her if door dash received to the coke with order or if the it was missed at the store. She said mistakes happen, the employee missed putting it the bag. I could call door dash to credit my card. I asked for the number, I was told I could look it up on line……..hmmmmm this is customer service at its finest…..to err is human and mistakes do happen..,,.recovery is really what makes the customer experience. In this case it is an epic fail over a Coke! Sad….

Usually satisfying sandwiches but last time was very nasty ones.. rolls hard, dried out.. meat so tough couldn’t chew it… They shouldn’t of served us where they were running out of everything.. stated they had been real busy that day!! Asking for a refund for sure!

I’ve traveled all over the U.S. and I’ve been to hundreds of different subways. THIS one absolutely blew my mind (in a good way.) The women working there were very kind and had the greatest positive attitudes I’ve ever encountered in a Subway. They were very positive and polite and smiling. They even laughed when my friends and I made that stupid “were together but were not “together” joke. Everything about my visit was pleasant until my sandwich was all gone . But the memories will live on because on top of all that. The sandwich they gave me was so beautiful I actually did a double take took a pic and then went home and wrote this review. #truesandwichartists

I asked for a #6 as did my wife. He then asked about bread and what we wanted. Then he proceeds to tell us there are no meatballe after he acknowledged my wife asked for the boss. They didn’t have mayo. So we stopped at BK afterwards because the sandwiches don’t even look appetizing. The worker had an attitude which is appalling. Won’t be going back to this subway.

Worse customer service in awhile. Was standing in line waiting and the two rude individuals were to busy filling out the online orders that they never once acknowledged I was there and apologized for the wait. Stood there for 15 minutes it’s unacceptable and will never step in the horrible place again .

I wanted a meatball sub and they didn’t have any meatballs ready…so I ordered a BMT asked for lettuce…onions and cheese and got green peppers which I didn’t want…they didn’t have enough napkins…and I used the bathroom which wasn’t the cleanest and I washed my hands and there was NO paper towels…the crew really didn’t seem like they wanted to be there…the gentlemen behind me also got green peppers and didn’t want them and he made the guy take them off and he threw them back into the dish !!
