Absolutely terrible. Pizza arrived dry and zero sauce I called to try and make a complaint but the local number keeps getting transferred to a call center. I got transferred to the store over 10 times waiting for 15 minutes on the phone and nobody at the store answers the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be ordering again from this place.

I like the wings and the sauce Pizza Hut has. I consistently order the deal box where you can get personal pizza and wings. I usually get six wings for the entrée and four wings for the side, totaling 10 wings. However, the wing count is consistently off and the right amount of wings aren’t given. I also think that the breading has changed a bit because it seems to fall off with the slightest bit of steam when the wings are in the container. Customer service is pretty good. I tried calling but no answer, and calling corporate you get a robot or AI chat. Each time that I went they’ve been pretty busy, and I completely understand that. However I believe they just need to slow down and take their time to make sure the orders are accurate.

The delivery says 35-45 mins but when it takes an additional hour, the call center is no help and when the transfer to the store, no one will answer. The food is trash and the service is even worse. Do not eat here if you like hot food

Well I have no complaints with the food. But I ordered to pay cash and it was 30 bucks I tried to pay with 2 20’s and the chick (doordash) i guess didn’t have change (or) expected or tried to force me to give 10 dollar tip. She left with the food and never returned. I called the store and they didn’t care either. Pretty rude actually like haha must pay with credit card or exact change or they will laugh in your face seriously what professional driver dont have 10 bucks change? Maybe its doordash issue more than pizza hut but they didn’t seem to care either

When I arrived there was a lady with two dogs sitting on a chair in front of the counter. Weird. This place is on the”east side” so… and it’s across from Windcrest so… yeah. When the clerk/cook came over to ring up my pizza directly in front of this person, she sprang up and left out the door with the dogs. She apparently wasn’t there waiting for a pizza, I guess. Looked like she walked off, therefore my 1 star rating on atmosphere. This was for pick up mind you. I don’t have anything against service dogs but these looked like two pups. Looked more like a hangout than waiting for a pizza. Hope they don’t let her take the dogs behind the counter. They recently relocated this pizza hut from their restaurant across road. This is take out only now.

I haven’t ordered from this Pizza Hut location in a while. I know this is a new spot, but there has been one on Walzem for a while. This place refused to accept my gift card. They simply would not try to run it and told me it wouldn’t work. When I got home I checked that I do in fact have an active balance on the card. On top of that, the pizza had almost no sauce on it. It just tasted very bland and very dry.

I walked in the store today around 4:30 and I wanted to order a $10 five topping large pizza carryout and the lady tells me at the register that it’s not a carryout it’s online order only for that pizza and I told her I don’t think so because I just saw it online that it’s a carryout New Yorker and I bought it and while I was sitting down I went back to the website and I found it and I asked her at the counter this is what I was talking about and she said okay that’s right and didn’t even bother to apologize or make it right and I was like standing there don’t found it on the ignorance of the employee. And ask for the big New Yorker Pizza then trust pepperoni only topping was not what I was expecting it actually tasted awful and the crust was so with oil and you couldn’t even hold it with your hands because it would tear up and fall apart I think it’s best to make the slices smaller instead of six giant gooey slices. I think customer service is poor when they don’t listen to the customer when the customer tells them something and to check it out and they don’t really care but then again it’s the neighborhood the talent pool is not there sorry just saying
