I have done take out at several Subways across Maine. Every one has been clean, friendly and efficient. People of all ages have waited on me and have been attentive and excellent at their jobs. I go most often to the one in Oxford perhaps once per month. They are wonderful and the best of all. I enjoy seeing the young people at the counter. I appreciate all they do in particular labeling what the sandwiches are. And always leave a tip. Thank you for your excellent service.

I looked at the menu on line and saw the BLT on artisan bread that I had before and when I got to the store it was no longer available. I don’t understand why you offer an item for a while and then don’t anymore. I go to Subway less often than I used to for that reason.

I went in with a coupon for 1 lg sandwich and free 6 in. Went up to the counter and she said the coupon was no good cause we ordered off the board. And the coupon is only good for make your own sandwich. I never had a problem before and it says nothing about that on the coupon. So I paid full price but I won’t be back

I’ve traveled all over the U.S. and I’ve been to hundreds of different subways. THIS one absolutely blew my mind (in a good way.) The women working there were very kind and had the greatest positive attitudes I’ve ever encountered in a Subway. They were very positive and polite and smiling. They even laughed when my friends and I made that stupid “were together but were not “together” joke. Everything about my visit was pleasant until my sandwich was all gone . But the memories will live on because on top of all that. The sandwich they gave me was so beautiful I actually did a double take took a pic and then went home and wrote this review. #truesandwichartists

I stopped in there Friday night and the 3 young ladies working there were so friendly! I was greeted at the door by one who was sweeping and the two behind the counter were busy but very personable and friendly. I stop at a lot of Subways and this was a pleasant surprise.

I tried them again, even after the person I spoke with was going to send coupons which she did not.

I ordered online. We picked up our sandwiches and returned home. When opening our sandwiches, they were so gross. 2 Weren’t even made the way we ordered. I contacted the person that runs this, they assured me that they would correct the problems and send coupons to replace the subs we had ordered. They never did.

Everything was great. Can’t really complain about much other then a few tables we’re I’m assuming most people like to sit weren’t cleaned off. Everything else though was pretty much perfect.
However I’m giving only 4 stars because, it’s the second time this week that I went to Subway his month they have no cookies. We love them. My son says he wishes Subway would call when they have them stocked up LOL
