Well I tried the New French Dip and it wasn’t good. Sorry , but it had a big wad of Black Fat at the end of the sub. Looks like the end piece of beef with a big piece of fat running through it. Figure the guy making the sub would have taken it out? Could be a little better like Arby’s

When the best thing is the pickle, this place is not worth it, especially for the price point. Apparently their BOWL of soup is CUP size for most others. It was watery, and the bacon was flubby, and not chopped. Hardly any potatoes and all greasy water. French dip was cold, as was the au jus, and all it tasted of was garlic.

I just left from there. I placed an order for a meatball sub with added jalapeño and a hook and ladder fully involved. These guys put jalapeños on both sandwiches. I’m highly allergic to hot things as I’ve had two jaw surgeries where my gums have been opened up and when I eat something hot, it penetrates into my scar tissue and gums and burns like the devil. In turn, this causes sensory overload and I have a reaction. Had to use my EpiPen and still my throat is swollen. I took it back and the manager who was Latino, was a jerk. The whole place has people working that obviously can’t speak or read English. Never again!

There was a gentleman that was making the sandwiches (dont know his name) that helped me with redeeming my promo special deal. He took time to help me understand it and helped me with the app, then he went back there and made my order. He showed great customer service.

Had a special vegetarian Sub and it was perfectly made. New owners have really turned things around from before. We received quick and friendly service not to mention the dining area is kept clean and well maintained. Will definitely visit again!!

I had lunch at this location a couple days ago, and that afternoon and the 2 days since, I’ve been sick to my stomach. This is the only place I’ve gone out to eat this week.
Either their food had gone bad, or their employees aren’t washing their hand. I suspect the latter.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was genuinely surprised! The place was clean and staff were polite and my food was ready quickly. The sub tasted amazing. Will definitely be back!

have been a loyal, weekly customer at this Firehouse Subs location for quite some time and almost always place my orders online. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I will not be returning.
I ordered my daughter’s usual sandwich — the same one I’ve ordered week after week. It was made incorrectly, with mayonnaise (which I never select because I know she won’t eat it) and even came with onions, which we don’t order. When I pointed this out, the staff claimed it was my fault and that the receipt (which they had retrieved from the trash and would not show me) said “mayonnaise.” I know from my consistent ordering habits that this is not the case.
What was most disappointing was the response: no apology, no willingness to correct the mistake, and absolutely zero customer service. Instead of valuing a regular customer, they refused to make things right and placed the blame on me.
Mistakes happen — that’s understandable. But how they’re handled is what defines a business. In this case, it was handled poorly, and that speaks volumes. Sadly, after years of being a regular, I cannot recommend this location anymore.

There was no one else there when I went to do a takeout order but the lady making sandwiches seemed to be in such a rush. I asked for no onions or mustard on my sandwich and got both on there. She was done making it by the time I paid so clearly didn’t wait for the ticket to see any modifications. It was to go so wasn’t able to drive back.

New mgmt. Reduced the meat portions, asks for tips for taking your order, and the restaurant looks more like a store house. Owners/managers sitting around on their phones in the dining room and not helping.
