Went in to order a Mexicali sub. I asked if I could have it on a wrap. We had a coupon for two foot longs. Found out not allowed to use it on Mexicali. So we got it any ways paid reg price. My husband got a cold cut sub. The ladies on the counter had bad attitudes because we wanted to use your coupons. We did not know nor did it say you couldn’t use them on certain subs. They did not point out the sign that was on the wall. We didn’t see it as people were in front of it. We never raised our voices or was disrespectful. One server said if you want to contact a lawyer go ahead. We said that’s not what we want. We just wanted a little respect and some courtesy. It was the most horrible experience ever. We always go there but not any more. My Mexicali was so full of quarcamoli that everything was full of slime do bad I couldn’t hold it to eat. I had to throw it away. I have pictures of it.

The lady was very nice. I took my card out to give the lady a tip for her grade a customer service and her friendly attitude. My bank put a hold on my card and the lady rang my sub a second time this time a little cheaper. I appreciate you thank you.

Subway gets a 5 for their quality of food, but a 1 for the customer service. The quality of food doesn’t count for much when you can’t get it! I ordered online 45 minutes before their posted closing time tonight and arrived to this hand written sign and an employee hiding out back doing dishes. It has happened too many times where I have arrived at subway 30-45 minutes before their 7PM closing time and they have been closed early with no notice or update on the internet. 7pm is a early closing time for a restaurant as is, and when they close earlier than that they are missing a prime hour of customer traffic. This happens multiple times throughout the week.

Visited this location yesterday and the employee who made my sub was very poorly trained and obviously could not comprehend any of my answers to the questions he was asking me. I ordered a veggie sub and was shorted on vegetables. I’ll never understand how that even makes any sense at all. I asked for a light pass of mayo and my sub was hosed down. I paid for it, and then threw it in the garbage where it belonged.

Horrible experience! Guy behind the counter looked very angry and barely spoke to me. After looking annoyed when finishing my sub I ordered a salad and he slammed his fist on the counter!! I couldn’t believe it, very surprised this guy is the face of subway in this Walmart…not good for the business. Not only did he make me very uncomfortable it took 35 min. to complete the order and he didn’t give me a bag, receipt or dressing. Would give zero stars if it was an option, won’t be going back.

Tracey was my professional sandwich maker at this Subway. The person behind your food really matters!!! She was so sweet and kind during our whole order. The way she crafted my chicken bacon ranch on italian herbs and cheese was worth a ten star if i could give it. It tastes way better if maker of the sandwich adds love to it! Thank you Tracey, I really appreciate you and what you’re doing in these hard times. I will always go back to this subway if Tracey is there.

The salads are great, BUT a lot of stores have forks & spoons but NO Knives. If you don’t have the salad chopped, then you need a knife. A restaurant without knives. Would be the same as no cups or no napkins.

Terrible management. Employees were told to not accept coupons. My mother who is senior citizen cannot use her coupon. I haven’t been to any sandwich shops who don’t accept coupons. Terrible

The man never spoke a word. Not one i asked questions and hed just point. Completely fried my sandwhich. Put lettuce on last? No reciept. No bag. No tray. Hubby got meatball sub and hence we never heard the guys voice he never asked heated or toasted and he toasted it on his own. The place looked like they had a line out the door all day every table dirty.
