Half the time my sub comes out partially burnt when asking for it to be toasted. They also shut down online ordering which is a huge inconvenience. I order on work breaks and need to have my food ready when I get there. Plus their ice machine is always down so hope you like warm soda or vitamin water

Terrible experience, why send subway coupons if you don’t even take them? Losing customers due to being cheapskates. Went to this location several months back and wanted to use the coupons sent in the mail. They wouldn’t accept so we left.

Came in here for my lunch break. The young man that made my sandwich was being really lazy and sloppy and was like “oh my bad .” I got to work unwrapped my sandwich it was soggy mess really disgusting. At least my coworkers and I know not to go here during lunch ever again.

The manager or the worker did not have nutritional facts on the veggie patty. I asked for allergen reasons because I can’t have dairy (milk/eggs). Unfortunately they did not know what was in the veggie patty so I had to walk out. Just kind of unprofessional to not know what’s in the food. I looked up what was in the veggie patty after I left and sure enough it does have dairy in it.
