While the lady working was nice, she made disasters of our sandwiches. She did not even attempt to fold the sandwich shut before wrapping it and because we took them to go, they were leaking everywhere. Taste wise, it was decent but the presentation was not good and because of the mess it created we were not happy overall.

I have been going to this Subway since I was pregnant for my 19 year old twins. The owner and all of the employees are ALWAYS kind, courteous,very respectful of their customers. The business is ALWAYS clean. The product is ALWAYS fresh. This is the ONLY Subway that I go to (and that is at least once a week). A huge THUMBS UP to Chris the owner. KEEP IT UP CHRIS. Well, I did feel kind of bad because there was only one woman working and it felt like I brought a crowd when I walked in. Lol. There was no one there when boyfriend and I arrived but within 5 minutes a whole bunch of different people came in. Lol. However, with that being said, the woman was wonderful. Everything was fresh especially compared to others spread out across Worcester. The woman was very attentive and patient and didn’t seem bothered or overwhelmed by the crowd that came in. I was very pleased.

I’ve been to a few different Subway and the food is consistent because it is quick, easy and healthy, especially after the gym. The distinction between the stores comes down to service and this store has the best service. I will go back just because of the service.

I think it’s okay but nothing is really actually fresh at Subway except for there bread and cookies most of the time. Everything comes prepackaged and pre sliced. Meatballs come frozen and overall my experience with both working there or eating there as a customer were not the best experiences at different locations
