My reason for going was to try the dragon’s breath. It’s cereal puffs with liquid nitrogen and once you eat it, vapor emanates from your mouth and nose. The guy said it’s best eaten right away to get the effect because after a few minutes the vapors aren’t as much. It doesn’t really taste much of anything, just a slight sweetness. I had to experience it for fun . It was cool and interesting watching your ice cream from beginning to end. Starting with liquid cream, flavors and your add ins. Then watching it get to its frozen state of… ICE CREAM. Tried a peanut butter bond and cinnamon roll. The female helping was very nice and answered my questions. I think it was the owner or manager that came out and he was a nice and welcoming guy. The place was clean, the experience was great.

This was our first time and my kids thought it was the coolest place! Great ice cream shop! Very unique! I was originally expecting it to be like little ball type of freeze ice cream, but it was more of chalky type of freezer ice cream. I don’t know how to explain it! Tasted delicious although next time I will pick flavors more wisely, they say to pick as many as you want but I didn’t realize they were all mixed together (when I was thinking they were going to be little freeze balls like the example cup on top of the counter I expected each ball to be a different flavor, hence my confusion when it all was mashed together) very neat experience. Also once the ice cream is freezed it makes a lot more than the size cup! I got my two older boys the large and my younger girls the medium, and they all barely could finish them, I think a small each would’ve been just fine! Lol

Perfect spot for special occasion ice cream. The kids get to customize it down to the last detail: flavor, mix ins, base (custard, yogurt, Italian ice) and sourness. It’s not convenient for us in terms of location but it’s worth the trek.

First time trying this place! Mine was delicious and just as ordered however my husband’s was the wrong flavor and was missing a topping we paid for. He also got maybe 1/2 what I got ice cream wise. Dunno if we will be back. We did order via door dash and when it got to us it was the perfect temp. But my husband getting a small portion and incorrect order really brought down the experience.

Great ice cream! This was my first time ever at sub zero. I enjoyed watching them making my ice cream right in front of me. I also liked how there was dairy free options. It was very delicious. Great customer service. Such nice employees. Would recommend to anyone whos in for a treat.

Amazing!!! Sub Zero ice cream is the best in the world. You have to try your favorite favors. My favorite go to flavor is Raspberry with mixed berry. I ask they make it with custard and numb tongue, the middle level of coldness. Fun to watch them make your desert too. The nitrogen creates a fog that flows down from the ice cream mixing containers. Cool pictures. Your kids will love it.

Not impressed. Cool, they freeze the cream right in front of you. Expensive for the entertainment. Doesn’t taste very good. Waffle cones aren’t made in the store, they are “Joy” brand.

I went here with my grandma and I got some ice cream and it was delicious! It is a little bit on the pricy side but you get alot of ice cream and I’d say it’s definitely worth it! Definitely going again!!

I’m an event planner at Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering and I absolutely LOVE Subzero ice cream catering! Typically, ice cream catering requires lots of freezer space, access to electricity, space for a large truck, or other features not readily available at all event venues/locations. Since Subzero uses liquid nitrogen to make fresh ice cream on-site, it makes for a hassle-free experience (both for the planner and guest)! You get to pick a number of flavors that are made to order – my favorite is coffee ice cream with oreos and waffle bits. The best part is that they also have vegan/lactose free options to cover most dietary needs! Jack Walsh is so wonderful to work with and helps to bring a stunning ice cream experience for my guests. I can’t wait to work with you all again!
