Better service than the one over in North Charleston – no wait for a drink cup (that was the entire order), but croissant they had to be reminded to give me. They were prepping a lot of lunches for later in the day.

Sweet tea was good. The unsweet tea – weird after flavor like it wasn’t cleaned out properly of soap?

The staff was friendly and greeted customers quickly. I had the turkey and cheddar sandwich and rustic potato soup for my choose two. Everything was fresh and tasted great! The atmosphere was clean and quiet.

This Panera Bread location is well-maintained and inviting. We tried the Chicken Fiesta Sandwich, Grilled Cheese, and two soups: Broccoli Cheddar and Chicken Noodle. The soups were excellent, especially the Broccoli Cheddar, which is a must-try. Each soup came with a side baguette, and the sandwiches came with chips. The service was decent, and the ambiance was pleasant, although the food could use a bit more seasoning. Overall, a good experience with a few standout items!

This Panera location is a great lunch spot! The menu has a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and other goodies. They have a large dining room and the tables are always clean. The staff is very friendly and I like that Skyler always remembers my order and name! The food is tasty and the bathrooms are always clean. I would recommend Panera Bread as a great go-to lunch spot for excellent service, menu variety, and a clean restaurant! 5 Stars!⭐️

I placed an online order at 7:45 AM to be picked up a little after 9:00 AM. I arrived at 9:00 AM and let the staff know I was there for my order, which was supposed to be ready in about 10 minutes. I was told they were working on it.

While waiting, a customer in front of me purchased the last three macaroons from the display. I had macaroons and four soufflés included in my order, which is exactly why I placed it early.

At 9:25 AM—15 minutes after my requested pickup time—I was finally called and told they were out of soufflés and macaroons. I was offered substitutions or a refund.

What’s frustrating is that macaroons were clearly available at 9:00 AM, yet my order—placed well in advance—was not fulfilled. Online orders should be prioritized and reserved, especially when placed more than an hour earlier.

This location appears poorly managed and inefficient. The experience was disappointing and wasted my time. I expect better organization and execution from Panera Bread, especially for scheduled pickup orders.

I had ordered two soups and a half sandwich-half salad. My biggest mistake was to trust them with my order. They completely missed the salad and gave me a full sandwich. When I took this to the cashier, she said, “I don’t know why I did that, let me grab the manager.” And the manager came back only to place a new salad order, which was disappointing (and money-robbing, tbh). I told them I didn’t want the salad anymore and asked to have the chips replaced with baguettes. She said they didn’t have them anymore. I asked if they had any other bread, and she flatly said no. I have never had such a horrible experience at Panera before and definitely am not coming back to this location. Seriously, it’s not like I came at the last minute to place a huge order and still got treated like this. The manager’s face clearly showed she was either racist or hated her job.

Did a mobile order for this location at 8:04pm. Order as supposed to be ready at 8:14pm. Got a email that it was ready. Went in the lobby around 8:21pm, because the driveway line wasn’t moving and I had been sitting there. Plus when I got to the speaker, no one said anything. When I got in the lobby it took a person about 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. They were walking around on their phones and stuff not paying us at the register any attention. One young lady (I.P.) finally came over to help after another young lady asked her too, but she was already so busy cleaning the lobby. I don’t understand how come the people that was on their phones couldn’t help. It’s sickening. Around 8:45pm the young lady (I.P.) came to help us again. When she went checked, she stated my food had been sitting in the drive thru area. I told her that when the other girl acknowledged me that I told her I had an online drive thru order but the drive thru line was not moving/hectic. When I finally get home, my order isn’t even right and they closed! On top of that they put my bread in napkins! This is crazy. I will be calling them first thing in the morning. I want what I paid for! And thank you I.P for helping!

I’ve loved coming to Panera for years, but this was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had, and unfortunately it will be my last time. The staff was extremely rude and showed no customer service at all.

We ordered two Pick Twos with green tea. After we paid, we were told they didn’t have green tea not when we ordered, but after the transaction was already completed. On top of that, we had a BOGO $5 Pick Two offer, and the staff could not figure out how to apply it.

To make things worse, our order was missing food. Between the rude staff, the confusion, and the missing items, the entire experience was incredibly frustrating.

Overall, the customer service was completely lacking, and I’m very disappointed in Panera, especially after being a loyal customer for so long.

I love panera but this particular location moves very slow. Not sure why? No matter what you order it’s like 15 minutes at least…I go if im not in a hurry. If you’re in a hurry or don’t have time I’d suggest another location through the drive through.

Attempted to go through the drive through but waited in like for 10 minutes cars didn’t move. Ended up going inside and waited 30 minutes for the order. The open kitchen idea is horrible idea. They gave me half my order and acted like it was my fault no one knew what they were doing. Whoever does the hiring should be terminated whoever does the training should also be termination. Probably should have the employees go to Chick-fil-A so they understand customers service.
