So I went here two days ago and they were super nice and I saw that they had Their limited time ghost pepper cheese, so I asked them put it on And they did it no problem. It was So good I literally couldn’t stop thinking about it so So I decided that’s what I wanted again for dinner tonight when I get there And I tried ordering my sandwich with the ghost pepper cheese on it and one of the cooks goes. Oh, we are out of ghost pepper cheese. And I told him, but you have a whole thing of it right here in the casing where everyone can see it and he goes yeah well my GM just left and he told me not to sell anymore ghost pepper cheese how does that make any sense first you tell me you’re out of the cheese and then you tell me that your general manager told you not to sell the cheese that is advertised on their website I am so upset right now I literally went out of my way to come here for the ghost pepper cheese If you don’t feel like cutting more cheese or trying to act like you’re out of it, maybe you should try hiding it or something

I’ve come here several times, and each time the quality deteriorates. Prices certainly do not represent what you get. More bread than meat. $46 for 2 combo meals is too much.

Can’t even make a basic sandwich correctly. Didn’t receive half the topping pictured on the sandwich, just meat and cheese. Places are screwing us over more than ever under these Trump tariffs and Greedflation.

I’m usually a big fan of Penn Station sandwiches, but today they skimped on the meats. My go-to sandwich is the Grilled Classic Italian, and after a long day of travel, I’m disappointed.

Penn station is my favorite sandwich place, & I love coming to this location specifically for its convenience, efficient service & the staff always make you feel welcomed & answer any questions you may have. I truly appreciate the way the team works well together, & they are always so accommodating to the customers with the friendliest service. The manager/owner Austin, has always given us the best service, & we will continue to use them for our catering for staff appreciation for many more times to come.
The turn around time even on short notice (sorry for that) is efficient, quick & they make sure they pay close attention to detail with our allergen & dietary needs. The food is always good, hot & never sloppily thrown together.
You can just tell that Austin is an awesome boss by the way he engages with his staff. The employees make you feel like an old time friend than a customer buying their product. Highly recommend. The inside is always so cleanly & put together which is a MUST when I go out to eat. First impressions to along way, & they exceed everyone’s expectations. Keep up the good work guys!

What I ordered vs what I got. I also ordered a cheese steak sandwich. It was just as awful…

I usually love penn station but this was not good. My daughter ordered a cold ham and cheese with lettuce and received a hot ham and cheese with no lettuce. My sandwich was not good at all, very little meat. The fries were pretty much raw!! Won’t be returning.

Penn Station or a Circus???
I came in expecting a nice, quiet meal, but instead, I got dinner and a show—except I didn’t ask for the show. The employees were running around like unsupervised toddlers, roasting their poor coworker just for cleaning windows like a responsible adult. Every five minutes, they’d randomly burst into a chaotic rendition of “Happy Birthday” for literally no one. I don’t know if they were trying to summon a cake out of thin air, but it never worked.
Then came the ladder parade. First, a small step stool. Then a medium ladder. Then an absolute skyscraper of a ladder. Were they building something? Fixing something? Just showing off their ladder collection? No one knows.
Between the unnecessary birthday songs, window-shaming, and the ever-growing ladder display, my sandwich was the least interesting thing in the room. Would give zero stars if I could, but the bread was decent.
