Coolest ice cream shop I’ve ever been to! They make it and freeze it right in front of you! They have SO many flavors (including mango, my favorite) and just about any topping/add in you can think of! Very friendly staff too.

On the plus side, the shop is ultra clean and comfortable. Unfortunately my custard-based butterscotch ice cream had not even a hint of flavor. It was exactly like eating frozen flavorless milk. Also the portion size is too small for the price. Sarasota has a lot of excellent ice cream shops. This is not one of them.

Jacoby was extremely rude and took ice cream without paying for it, on top of that he insulted me and is very rude to other customers. He revealed that revealing the entire nitrogen container is around 200 dollars and the product cost which shouldn’t be disclosed to conceal the markup of the prices. All of this makes the company look extremely bad especially due to the fact that they continue to allow him and his friends which he is unprofessional with continue to work there without any disciplinary action or warning.
