I ate here with my son, after not being able to get a table at Graze, and I’m so glad we did! It turned out to be just as good, if not better than the other place, which is where I normally go when visiting Kennewick. When we arrived, we were given a sample of their new version of Monkey Bread, which was delicious. When ordering our sandwiches, the guy working was very helpful in making recommendations. My Turkey Pesto sandwich was delicious, and was great leftover 2 days later! This will be my new spot when visiting.

Great bread (a bit expensive though at over $8 a loaf) and pastries (especially the cinnamon roll, I love that it is glazed rather than drowning in frosting and had a really nice pronounced cinnamon flavor). Also decent sandwiches and soups, though very limited variety compared to other bakery sandwich shops I’ve been to. Only a few vegetarian sandwich options: the “veggie pecan” (which was better than expected and I would have again), grilled cheese, & PB&J. My dogs also enjoy the dog biscuits from here. The restaurant seemed clean, but has limited seating available when it is busy. Also, pretty slow lines for ordering and wait times for food.

As a fan of Great Harvest at other locations and States I was very disappointed to be denied a sample on purchase. Generous full size samples are a highlight of any trip to Great Harvest. We were told there were no samples and would be none the rest of the evening 2 hours before close. The person who waited on us was quite rude. So disappointing!!

Not sure what happened but my visit yesterday with my husband was awful. I ordered a 1/2 of the pilgrim sandwich on wheat bread. My sandwich was literally wet! In fact, it caused the bottom slice of bread to fall apart. My husband ordered the corn chowder. He received a thick gloppy chowder that later on make him sick. We will definitely not eat here again. .

The sandwiches, the freshly baked breads, muffins, and treats everything is so delicious here. They even have fresh syrups and jams. There is no going once to Great Harvest, you’ve either never been or you go several times because the food is that good. And they have gift cards!

Great bread, been here several times. They also sometimes have samples of something (which are usually good). Sandwiches are decent, come with a lot of meat and fresh veggies. Bread is expensive (who pays $8+/loaf?) but considering the quality, is worth a splurge once in a while. Sandwiches are about $11-15 at time of writing, which is sort of in line with subway prices, just tastier. All in all good place to stop by

Excellent find in a small town. Delicious sandwiches and soups! Fresh baked bread as well. Been here a few times and have always had a consistent experience.

Great variety of specialty breads. Sandwiches are a real treat for our lunches. We like to include Great Harvest Bread for our date day. The service is personable and polite.

Want so badly to give them a 5 star but their gluten free bread is crumbly the next day at best. If you get any sandwich on gf eat it quick before it crumbles. . I do love that they donate to local food banks

Purchased GF bread too hot to slice, so returned later to p/u. Given wheat bread (BEWARE CELIACS) so called to check if the GF existed before making a third 30- minute round trip and then asked to provide receipt when returning to exchange their error. No sorry-for-your-troubles free muffin or discount. Nada. Hilariously, first went in for 1 loaf of bread, but left with 4 muffins and 2 cobbler squares, so they literally just lost their dream customer, a zero-effort upsell.
