It’s out first time in Ptown and so we’ve been asking people we run into for restaurant recommendations. Many recommended Sal’s, Red Inn, etc. This has been our favourite recommended place for the few days we’ve been here so far. The restaurant feels like you can make the experience what you want, dress up or be comfortable. We loved the garden seating in the back where we were sort of outside but not right on the front and facing the street. Drinks were good, food was great as well. Enjoyed the pork belly and shrimps the most. Octopus was a bit too charred and chewy – a bit overdone, but the hummus was very good. Ricotta dumplings I did not enjoy because the greens combo was bitter and spicy, but others at our table liked it.

I originally booked this place, because I thought the interior was so cute. Unfortunately, they had us sitting in a back sort of makeshift area. The star of the show here was definitely the drinks, and the black eyed pea hummus that came with the octopus. The food was good, but nothing I would come back for. We asked for recommendations on the menu and were told that everything was good. That wasn’t exactly helpful for people who have never been here before. I always ask for recommendations, and you can usually never go wrong with that. The atmosphere was just OK since we sat in the back, the inside was so cute and definitely very lively.

My dining experience exceeded expectations. Our server was very attentive and very knowledgeable in both wine and food. I highly suggest the Citrus Cured Salmon Crudo, if it’s on the menu. It’s an extremely well balanced dish with the peppercorn crema, fried capers, and the seasonal berries. Incredible job Strangers & Saints.

I seriously love this place. I photographed Scott & Anthony’s October wedding here and it was wonderful. The staff, the food, the ambiance, Everything. I think this is an amazing place for a smaller wedding, especially if you love great food and stellar cocktails.

Everything was really enjoyable. The cocktails were fantastic! Particularly in enjoyed the Alden’s Yellow Dress, very refreshing! From the appetizers the Grilled Octopus was cooked to perfection. And from the entrees, the Wild Mushroom and Fennel Sausage Pizza was very tasty, and so was the House Made Ricotta Cavatelli. But the Magical Chocoflan dessert was absolutely delicious! No wonder this place is hard to book and get a table for. I will definitely come back!

One of the best in Provincetown. The atmosphere is dark and inviting with a classic look but not outdated or old. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The food is top notch. These are small plates meant to be shared. The complex layered flavors are worth the effort of making a reservation and trip to get here. P-Town had many attractions and this should be counted as one of them.

I first went to Strangers and Saints last summer and was blown away. I returned earlier this summer (2023) and was exceptionally dissapointed. Our service was fine but the food fell very flat. Almost everything we ordered was unremarkable. We discussed with the manager and he tried to defend the restaurant against everything we mentioned.

We used to love this restaurant and bar for the food and ambience, but had a different experience this visit. While it may seem like a small detail, they charged us $8 for each club soda ordered ($16 for two – and the seltzer water came from a tap!) and it left me feeling a bit taken advantage of as a customer. The waiter ended up comping us one, but still. The prices were overall quite high, but at least you know what you’re paying for with the food and other drinks. Things like this make places lose their magic, and I’m not sure if we will return (we have reservations next week with a larger group and I’m debating switching.) There are so many other wonderful restaurants in town.

This place is absolutely amazing! If you need to escape the traditional baked stuffed haddock, lobster rolls, and fried clams, check this place out. The food is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. We left a reputable place down the street because of a blasé menu. We stumbled upon strangers and saints, and were so happy with the meal and drinks that we went a second night during our weekend getaway. The cocktails are meticulously made and delicious. We walked out paying about $150 for two people, which included cocktails and food.
