Seems like every place I go to lately the customer service has needed some serious improvement. I get it, the world is chaotic but how hard is it to greet a customer with a smile and some enthusiasm. A simple genuine smile and a genuine comment on how someone’s day is going or a nice compliment can turn someone’s day around. It’s not hard. Purple parrot is purple parrot. Get some employees that at least act like they wanna be there and help ya if need b.

This Purple Parrot location seems pretty good. They have games, scratchers, lottery tickets, etc. And I think they even have snacks as well. Anyways, if you’re ever in the neighborhood, try your luck!

Have to give them a not so good review for few reasons. On a side note forgot my phone and my mother needed to know where to pick me up and the employee was Rude and would not even make a quick call for me leaving my 70yr old mother in a short panic. As for the place its kinda creepy dark, unfriendly staff always. If you want to come to play the slots and have a strict babysitter then come on down.. Place needs more lighting inside and outback where it doesnt look to safe in the dark. I think Music would be cool also. Was to afraid to use the bathroom. Parking was tight as its in a very small place with other businesses. The place reminds me of an oldtime Speak-Easy..Except those places served liguor and were fun. 2 Stars was generous,,i was in a good mood, or it was the beer.

If you want to waste your money and your life, this is the place for you. You might win some money, but youll lose it quicker. They provide food that you put in a microwave to heat up. They also provide soda from a soda machine that never gets cleaned. Hey if you need some lung cancer they provide this too! All the cigarettes you can dream of. Come to the purple parrot for cancer and an empty bank account!

Not a restaurant. Not even a snack bar, seriously. Went in to cash In winning lottery ticket and to use restroom. She asked for my I’d? I asked to use the restroom? I explained i really needed to use the ladies room please. Not without I’d so i left. Went and got my I’d and went to the restaurant next door. Unbelievable. I’m clearly old enough to use a dang restroom anywhere. Very rude. And she looked as if I disturbed her nap. Honestly.

Still vehemently enforcing mask mandates but also don’t have masks for anybody that forgets them. Tried to go in and spend money but forgot my mask at home and asked for one to comply but got told to leave instead.
