Just hung up the phone from placing an order for pick up, and wanted to share my experience. These guys were obviously very busy when I called, because I called 3 times and no one answered. I was just about to call my boyfriend to tell him that I wasn’t able to place the order, when my phone rang. Being 20 minutes before closing, I almost didn’t answer it, as I wanted to try again to place my pick up order. It was Sierra, from Steak N Shake on North Glenstone! She called back to make sure we got whatever we were calling for. Who does that?? I’ll tell you who: no one! Great Customer service these days is a rare commodity, so when I am given great service or when the extra mile is traveled for me, I recognize, appreciate and commend! Thank you Sierra, for going that extra mile!

The waitress tried. It was 3 pm on a Sunday. Several employees were standing around. The restaurant was 20% full. It took a while for the order to be taken. We ordered a chili to share as an appetizer, but it came with the burgers. The fries were cold and greasy. No to-go drinks were offered, and neither were boxes.

My meal was horribly made. I have had this meal several time Ga & NC, but this one made here at this location was tragically made. The Burger was WAY OVER SEASONED! I had to whip down my burger several times to the point 1/3 way through I tossed the bread away an 2/3 way through I tossed the meat bc it had to much sauce from the buttery garlic they used on bread. The fries I ordered look like a kids fry and the shake was half the cup. I was running behind for an appointment so I didn’t have time to go back an talk with manager. I will call tomorrow. An Honestly I think the manager ( guy making burgers with belly touching ever burger top bun ) was the one to make my burger bc when I pulled out my phone to record his belly touching buns a girl came an stood between my view an the were joking for a minute then same girl gave me my milkshake before the customers ahead of me. The guy making burgers then squeeze my burger an threw it in the bag. Please see pictures I’m not joking. I will never be back.

Went through drive through, waited over 12 minutes. Went inside and there wasn’t even meat on the grill yet. 4 other customers waiting inside for food. Everyone frustrated. Counted 5 employees and nobody was running the grill or fryers???
