Delicious food and drink! I got the frozen dirty monkey cocktail and it was made with real bananas, you can taste the liquor but it tastes like a yummy milkshake. The monkey balls (mini crab cakes) were delectable, I put lemon juice on mine. The seafood chowder was alright, I didn’t care for the potatoes, would have been better with full bay scallops. They are very generous with the crab over here. Overall, I would come again for the delicious crab cakes & cocktails.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch overlooking the gorgeous beach on the upstairs deck! I loved my grilled chicken salad and iced tea and my husband had an awesome chicken, pizza and gin & tonic. Everything was delicious and prices are reasonable. Our server was very attentive And we would definitely return on a future visit to the area. A great choice for lunch with a view!

Great restaurant with an amazing view of the ocean. Have a great outdoor seating area on the second floor that gives you an obstructed view of the ocean. I had a chicken wrap with chips and the food was great. This would also be a great place to catch a game.

“The Brass Monkey offers a wonderful crabcake, and I also tried their monkey balls. These smaller versions of crab cakes have their own unique flavors, making for an interesting and tasty experience. The crabcakes were absolutely delicious, and dining on the balcony during a spectacular sunset added to the ambiance.

My best friend and I came here for a quick bite to eat and it did not disappoint. The location is beautifully situated with views of the beach. Sunset was stellar. We had the steamed colossal shrimp and jerk chicken. Both were fresh, flavorful & delicious! We will be back for sure.

First time I went in, I waited 14 minutes without being seated (even though the place was empty inside) so l left. I came back the next day and had a much better experience. The Brass Monkey drink with the fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious. The precious bar tender from Rhode Island that plays hockey was super nice. It was a great experience, I’m glad I gave it a second chance.

Brass monkey had really tasty appetizers. We got the mozzarella sticks and the crab dip. My issues with the crab dip was the weird crackers they gave you to eat with it. I guess I’m used to something different. Also the server brought the mozzarella sticks without the marinara sauce and took 20 minutes to bring it to the table after asked. With how busy the location was I can see how things get forgotten. I overheard the table next to us the server forgot to order a child’s French fries so the trend of missing items appeared to not only affect our table. My steak was well undercooked and I ended up opting for food at home. If I return it will be for apps only.

I was raised in MD. I lived, worked, fished, crabbed etc. on the Chesapeake Bay most of my life, so today two of my Floridian friends and I went and had lunch here; and I am extremely happy that the food was ALL that I expected it to be. The crab dip and the crab cakes were phenomenal!!! I got a little home sad looking around at everything that I grew up around and attended, but I know I’ll be back here frequently with more Floridian friends, so they’ll taste and know what a real crab cake (no filler EVER) tastes like. Our server, “Jake” from Pasadena was very attentive, knowledgeable, fast, was very personable, professional, and friendly. I can’t wait to go back!!!!

My husband is originally from Baltimore so we had to come check out this place while on a mini staycation. The food was delicious and the crab cake was comparable to the one served at Michael’s in Baltimore. My husband has always said that was the best crab cake until today. He said the crab cake at Brass Monkey was amazing. This is coming from a true Baltimore native! Lilly was so sweet and a great server. We enjoyed talking to her about Baltimore. We will most definitely come back to the Brass Monkey again and again. What a wonderful establishment!!
