The waitress was really friendly. There were only 2 waitresses during the lunch rush and they did really well. A little slow but with only 2 of them, it’s understandable. The food was alright but my fries weren’t hot. I got the garlic double steak burger and it was really good. I also had a Nutella shake and it didn’t disappoint.

Who doesn’t love this place? I was so happy to see one, as the ones near me have closed. It was lunchtime and the place was packed, including drive thru. We chanced it and went inside to place an order to go. It was ready in minutes, hot and fresh! Chili 5-way for the win!

I have never neen so disgusted with any fast food place! Staying at the hotel literally right behind it so we order food and walked over to pick the food up and the doors were locked. Staff just literally standing around other people were waiting to get food outside too. Finally people came out so I went in just to ask for my pick up order and was meet by a lady in green shirt I presume she’s a manager. She was the most HATEFUL DISRESPECTFUL person I have ever meet. And if I hadn’t already paid for my food online I would have just said screw it. But there was a wonderful man cooking who was very kind. So they do have atleast 1 good employee!

We ordered chili Macs with extra sauce and beef on the side.. We got the chili Macs ice cold, no sauce and the spaghetti was in 2 giant clumps that you could not pry apart.. Not edible. The waiter didn’t care. The manager didn’t care. I had to insist They take it off my ticket because I could not eat it. My son poured all of the sauce and beef that we got in the tiny buckets on his trying to make it edible, hes a teenage boy and he could not force down more than 2 bites. We left and went across the street to Wendy’s. More often than not I feel like I waste my money every time I go there. I have given this place more than enough chances, we won’t be back.

The food was great as normal but the service today was horrible we have not been asked once if we needed anything I had to ask multiple times for our table to be cleaned when we were sat at at a dirty table other waitresses besides our own have asked if we needed anything jaymie j . You really need to fix your attitude and actually service your customers i will be asking for a different waitress next time. Tawana or something similar name sorry if I got it wrong I will be asking to be sat in your section you went above and beyond today and serviced areas outside your own if it wasn’t for you nobody would have asked us a thing besides our order

Went through drive through the inside was closed due to staffing issues. I ordered chili mac & there was more grease then noodles. This is what I order at every steak n shake & this was by far the worst. I couldn’t eat it & had to throw it away. The others in my group ordered burgers & there were super grease as well.
