Horrible Experience- When we arrived at Steak N shake off Old Pike rd we stood there for a good 10 minutes or so while the cashier just kept staring at us. I finely asked do we seat ourselves or what we haven’t been here in about a year and usually we got seated. She rudely said you pay then eat. (I trained people in customer service and I wanted to teach her some on the spot training on how to treat a paying customer.) My table was dirty. The plastic around the table area was very dirty with finger prints infact the entire place was grimy and gross. I got very poor service and cold food. I could have a better experience then that at Mc Donald’s. We will not be going back there anymore.

So this is not a sit down restaurant anymore? Ok, I can order at the counter and pick up my food, that’s not a problem. The problem with this location is that it’s absolutely disgusting. Filthy, bad smell, and overall just made me cringe while eating a meal. The guy at the counter was super nice and was running around delivering shakes and explaining to people the art they needed to come to the counter to order. He gets 5 stars. The manager in the other hand was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. As I’m ordering for me and my kids a guest came up and stated her burger didn’t have ketchup on it. Rather than kindly helping the guest the manager yelled at her and said he made the burger himself and KNOWS there’s ketchup on it. Guest starts to argue and this manager grabbed the burger bare handed openened up and said “see there’s the ketchup” and shoved it back to the guest. Wow! Then a guest asked for water. This location now charges for water? For a Styrofoam cup of water? And he not so kindly said “the cashier didn’t give you a cup for water cause you have to pay for it”. To top it off, an older gentleman sat down. Sat for awhile before waving down said “manager” and asked for a menu

Tried placing an online order, but order wouldn’t go through after multiple attempts. Tried calling the store, but number was disconnected. Tried ordering through the drive through but the worker at the speaker was very rude and told us they were only doing online order but when we tried to explain that it wouldn’t let us order online he said take it up with customer support. Went onto the website and when I clicked on contact us to try and figure out why my order wouldn’t go through all it said was to contact the specific location for online order support. Isn’t the first time the workers have been rude here.

Extremely disappointing and UNSANITARY. Placed an order online, came to pick it up, and all doors were locked. The man cleaning was wearing a tank top and pointed for me to go around. Went around to the window, another man handed me my food, who was also wearing a tank top. Asked for sweet tea, was given unsweetened tea. Order two garlic burgers, one with grilled onions (an additional charge), and received it without the onions. Both “garlic burgers” lacked the garlic spread. Upgraded the fries to large, and the lacked seasoning and tasted old. What a waste of $.
