It is so slow. I understand short staffing but 35 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive thru. My food was not correct so I had to go back. There were 3 others with incorrect orders. The chicken was funky tasting & left a nasty after taste, the slaw had a funny taste & the potatoes were cold. The biscuits are not edible they are rocks. The pieces are so tiny. The thighs are the size of a half dollar, the wings are miniature, the legs are dummies. It is ridiculous.

I haven’t had good Popeyes in years! My food was fresh hot and delicious! All of my condiments were in the bag and I even received napkins. The little things go the furthest. It was amazing! Definitely worth my drive.

I won’t get too into it but it’s not often I leave a bad review. Hoping someone sees it and shows higher ups to fix the issues. Monitors not working, no ice in the soda machine etc. Food was good and hot so that’s why they got as many stars as they did.

Been sometime since I went to Popeyes chicken. Had a craving for a chicken sandwich. I was definitely disappointed. The staff just seems miserable and they customer service is lacking. I got my chicken sandwich and it was cold. My side was cold. Talk about buyers remorse because I was going to eat at Panera. It cost $9.50 to get mediocre food. I went up to complain but the employees just looked miserable so I left and chalked it up as a loss. Waste of money for me and a loss of a customer. If you don’t like your job find a new one. ♂️

No complaints from this trip. Chicken was hot and fresh, and crispy. Biscuit was soft and buttery- not a hard, puck like projectile- as we’ve experienced in the past. Every trip is 50-50, like every other place now.

I placed a mobile order and the lobby was closed so I had to wait in the long drive thru line. Once it was my turned at the window I was told I had to come inside to get my order. The employees were nice but they should have something on their door or app staing to pick up order inside instead of lobby is closed. Once I got my order and went home to eat it I noticed it was not cooked properly. The inside was so pink and if I didn’t live too far would have taken it back. I wish I would have called to let them know so no one would get sick.
