I went in excited to try a viral tuna sandwich I’d seen online, but the experience was disappointing. When I asked for my sandwich to be toasted, I was met with an unnecessary sarcastic comment that felt unprofessional. The customer service was poor, which was especially frustrating considering this business asks for tips at checkout. Tips should be earned through good service. This is the first time this location hasn’t met my expectations.

Always a hit or miss with this location. 50% of the time my order is wrong. The Zaragoza location is better but it’s a HUGE inconvenience having to drive that far. I’ll probably stick to Charlie’s Cheesecake in the same shopping center from now on, haven’t had issues with them yet.

I ordered the #5 and got a ham sandwich instead. Absolutely none of the meats or cheese that were supposed to be in it. So disappointed. I definitely cant recommend.

I normally do not have any issues at this location. I ordered my usual Giant club, extra bacon, extra meat, extra cheese. The pictures show this was far from EXTRA ANYTHING. I doubt it even met the specifications for a normal GIANT. I paid 27.00 for this sandwich. I paid 45.00 total for two sandwiches. Neither had any extra meats, or paid for items. I hope y’all check your sandwiches closely. I would hate to believe this location is ripping people off on EXTRA items purchased to save their food cost.

Finally! Got to see what hype is about. Ordered on app. Got their & was greeted by young man. Told me they were putting final touches on sandwiches. He offered a soda while I wait. Got my order & he apologized for wait. I asked if better & faster to order in store vs app. He said honestly yes & apologized again. The smell of food opened up my appetite. I got home & tore into the Mike’s famous phily & it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Highly recommend
