I have not been to a Steak ‘n Shake in years. First time ever ordering on app. Really like that option. Down side when I arrived I hit a button to call. No one answered. I went in drive thru to pick up. Girl said to busy to answer the phone but she had my order ready. She was very nice and gave me all my order. I got to say I’m very impressed with the meal. I love the fact you followed directions. I added tomato, onions and mustard. Most places ignore my request but you actually did as I asked. The flavor of the burger was so good. I’m trying to figure out what it is. It like a seasoning on the meat that just makes it so good. Loved it. Fries tasted good too. Hi C was amazing. I don’t think I’ve had that brand since I was a child. And of course the shake delicious.Thank you for whip cream and cherry. Most places don’t even bother anymore. You gave enough straws . Might want to give people ketchup and mustard packets but other than that perfect meal. I highly recommend!

Great location! You order your own food at the kiosks. Very simple. You have a seat where available, they call your order number or name, and you pick up your food at the counter. Me and my family had a great lunch here. VERY CLEAN! Food came out hot and tasted great! I had the garlic burger! The menu does not have everything from before but I’m guessing that’s with the change of everything. Shakes tasted pretty creamy and delicious! Staff seemed friendly and did their job. I recommend this location to dine in!

So I went to Steak n Shake and COVID really did a number on them. #1 there was no wait staff. You have to order from a kiosk. When we sat down you could either choose a dirty unclean table or a booth with holes. Mind you we were probably one of the first families visiting for the day so who knows the last time the tables or floors were cleaned. There were holes in the wall and food splattered on the wall. It was an absolute mess here. The food was going downhill. The chili was so watery and the bowl was small. Pictured below is what was supposed to be a chili deluxe. I wonder what the chili cup looks like if that was a bowl. There were 2 workers so the food took forever. The guy cooking had a full head of hair and no hair net. The other worker had her ear bud in and was having a personal phone call. I can’t. It was so bad here they need to start over or just call it quits. Unless you want a milkshake through the drive through; that is the only thing they are good for.

Not a lot of customer service at this location. You order from a kiosk, get your own drink and have to take your food to your table…however the kiosk asks if you want to leave a tip?? At the minimum they could have someone bring your food to the table? Another issue was that they gave me my food on a dirty serving tray. Quite a bit of room for improvement….

The shake was watered down. I asked for a new shake and it was about the same. I was told the machine made it. The burger was made with the most generic hamburger bun. The order taker tried to get me to get Reese in my ice cream instead of what I was ordering. They need to do much better. Thanks!

I ordered 2 frisco melts with extra grilled onions totaling $25.62 and live in Plano, il which is 45 minutes from the nearest location and didn’t receive what I paid for. Their phone is inactive and won’t even allow you to make a call. I’m not driving over an hour and a half just to get a refund or a replacement when it should’ve been checked by the cook before completed. I called 5 times and still can’t get through to anyone or to even tell them about what happened.

I waited 15 mins in the drive through after I ordered for 1 single cheeseburger, was given extremely cold fold to the point where I swore it came from a refrigerator. then waited another 10 mins just to be addressed by a manager and she was extremely rude & unapologetic. Would never come to this location if I were you.

What a terrible experience, I travelled from northern Wisconsin and decided to stop at this location. The workers were rude, I witnessed one arguing with an older women, the lady was just claiming the worker messed up on what Shake got the whip cream and the other didn’t and she offered to pay to get hers added, and for the other worker an older man came up and said they forgot an item to his order and started yelling at him??!!. Not to mention we could hear them full on yelling their gossip from the back. Also to add my sandwich was over seasoned. Those older people deserve hugs for the way they got yelled at.

Went here today with my siblings and mom. Served all 5 of us under 10 minutes after we sat down. Haven’t been to a steak and shake in a looong time. Food has definitely gone downhill but my 5 stars go to the service! The ladies who served us were all so nice and conversational! One little lady went table to table offering napkins. I work in the food service as well and I know the heat from the kitchen and cooking constantly can be grueling but we were approached with a smile everytime either way! Love the people that work here. Bathrooms were very clean, dining area was very clean. Thanks for a good time!
