The burgers, fries, and the food in general are pretty good for the price ($6). However, the restaurant was a bit dirty and disorganized, and there was no soap in the bathrooms.

I ordered the original Steak ‘n Shake double burger meal for dinner. Requested only cheese, pickles and grilled onions on my burger. Upgraded my fry to an onion ring and chose cherry Coke for my drink. Everything was perfect, hot and fresh. Your night staff is great – friendly, quick and efficient.
I love that Steak n Shake uses only beef tallow to fry and grill food – it gives the burger and sides a richer and more delicious flavor. The way the tallow compliments the food truly elevates the dining experience. Please continue to use tallow and never go back to your old ways!
I was pleasantly surprised to find out actual cherry grenadine is added to your Coke if you order a cherry Coke. Has a more authentic cherry taste than actual cherry Coke!

This has to be the most unorganized, unintelligent, unresponsive Steak ‘n Shake I have ever stepped foot in. The manager on shift (older gentleman) is very rude to not just customers but also very bossy to the other employees. This crew needs go and a new crew who will actually give good service needs to join. Good luck coming inside to grab a mobile order, you’ll be waiting at least 30 minutes until somebody from the back comes and asks what your doing here… Overall experience at steak and shake is horrible every time due to the staff.

Let me say that my burger and fries were great. Tasty & hot. However there is something wrong with the water at this location. I noticed it months ago when I ate here last and again, today. I had a cup of water and a soda. Both tasted disgusting. I’m assuming the soda was bad due to the ice in the cup. I can’t be the only one who has noticed this. I have no issue with the neighboring restaurant’s water. That needs to be fixed.

I went in there today ordered my food, went to the men’s bathroom, there was absolutely no soap. I went to the cook and told him to cancel my order. He asked me “Why? ur orders already cooking” I told him that “Given the fact there’s absolutely no soap in the men’s bathroom, it leads me to believe yall didn’t wash ur hands before cooking my food” to which he answered “ Yea but I’m wearing gloves though” that is absolutely disgusting. Manager just came looking embarrassed, as I’m pretty sure she heard what he said, and gave me my refund. I am never going back and would advise no one go back to this unsanitary establishment

and to the gentleman who said we don’t wash our hands.. we have about 7 sinks in the back which all have soap. you jus didn’t know how to use the soap dispenser bc we went to the bathroom and checked it as soon as you said that. it’s not an automatic dispenser. also the young lady who came up to you is not the manager nor was she embarrassed.have a nice day tho.

I have not been to a Steak ‘n Shake in years. First time ever ordering on app. Really like that option. Down side when I arrived I hit a button to call. No one answered. I went in drive thru to pick up. Girl said to busy to answer the phone but she had my order ready. She was very nice and gave me all my order. I got to say I’m very impressed with the meal. I love the fact you followed directions. I added tomato, onions and mustard. Most places ignore my request but you actually did as I asked. The flavor of the burger was so good. I’m trying to figure out what it is. It like a seasoning on the meat that just makes it so good. Loved it. Fries tasted good too. Hi C was amazing. I don’t think I’ve had that brand since I was a child. And of course the shake delicious.Thank you for whip cream and cherry. Most places don’t even bother anymore. You gave enough straws . Might want to give people ketchup and mustard packets but other than that perfect meal. I highly recommend!

So I went to Steak n Shake and COVID really did a number on them. #1 there was no wait staff. You have to order from a kiosk. When we sat down you could either choose a dirty unclean table or a booth with holes. Mind you we were probably one of the first families visiting for the day so who knows the last time the tables or floors were cleaned. There were holes in the wall and food splattered on the wall. It was an absolute mess here. The food was going downhill. The chili was so watery and the bowl was small. Pictured below is what was supposed to be a chili deluxe. I wonder what the chili cup looks like if that was a bowl. There were 2 workers so the food took forever. The guy cooking had a full head of hair and no hair net. The other worker had her ear bud in and was having a personal phone call. I can’t. It was so bad here they need to start over or just call it quits. Unless you want a milkshake through the drive through; that is the only thing they are good for.
