Just as great as every other Chick Fil A. Packed when we got there with 15 people ahead of us in line, we got through the line in 5 minutes and our food got to us in another 5. Quick and efficient. The staff were also better than half of the sit down restaurants I have been to.

They handed me a large sprite with a hole in the bottom of the cup I had no idea i put it in my cup holder and drove ten minutes home had my phone next to it and when I got home it was a pool in there surprised my phone still works.. it leaked down all over the compartment where I had business papers.. now I need it professionally cleaned. Extremely friendly, kind, helpful staff. Good service. Usually the food is good. Sometimes not as warm as I would like. The worst thing about Chick-fil-A is the Styrofoam cups that they use. I have had 3 milkshakes spill all over me and my car. The cups squish too easy and the lid pops off while trying to grip the sliding cup. Also wish the waffle fries weren’t quite so crispy. I usually have to throw the harder ones away. Overall, I like their food but I usually order the same few items each I visit so I haven’t had the experience of trying many of their items on their menu.

The service at Chick-fil-A is always the best! The staff is friendly and efficient. I love the chicken nuggets! They were good today, but just not as good as usual. I looooove the sauce. Try the kale.

Good hot food with tasty chicken sandwich. The drive thru was quick and food delivery was prompt. The only issue wad the large fry was only partial full and for the price they charged I would hope it would have been adequately filled.

I cant believe how consistently good it is every time. Even jam packed today my food came out fast and well made. There were staff walking around cleaning tables, asking how food was, and even handing out mints.

Was in town for a family member to have a procedure done at the Mayo Clinic, on the day we were leaving the family member wanted Chick-fil-A for breakfast. On a Monday they were closed for breakfast. Over 30 years of visiting this chain i have never been disappointed until going to the This store. We did end up waiting until after 10:30 for lunch to start but unfortunately the disappointment continued. Fries weren’t hot and most of the fries were the size of crumbs and drinks had no ice. While the young man that took my order was pleasant the gentleman at the other register who appeared to be a manager of some sort was rude to his customers. I occasionally come thru Rochester on business but i can guarantee I won’t be stopping at this Chick-fil-A
